There’s some black box stakes to the ground in an inconvenient location. I don’t knit that it’s doing any thing. My gutters don’t get sprayed, especially on the deck, as requested. I don’t know when/if my house is even being serviced.

When I am next set to come out please give us a call so that you can be home when my technician is coming out to ensure you are able to see him do the service and we can look at moving the bait boxes and talking with you about all of the treatment you desire to receive and how we can supply that. Do NOT use this company! This is a total scam. . In July of 2025, this company was going door to door in our neighborhood selling this product. I will say the young man at our door was very respectful. We decided to use this service and signed a contract. At the time, we were told that after a number of services if we were not satisfied we could cancel. Our first service was good. They came out and left a note on the door as they stated they would at time of contract signing. The next service was to be 90 days later no one showed up. I called and expressed my complaints the woman told me it wasn't their fault that I didn't see their technicians. When I told her we have cameras again it was pass off. So I held tight waiting for the next service. Skip to January, no service preformed, no card on the door. As of today, In our basement I discarded over 14 bugs on the floor. Their contract states: " Over time, these pest levels will continually decrease as regular services are performed. Regular treatments are critical in maintaining protective barriers and preventing infestations from reoccurring." If regular service is "happening" at my home why is my house covered in bugs? I called to cancel the service today. Stated that here I am again calling saying no one has been to my home, no card, house covered in bugs. They said "if you still see bug activity, they will come out to redo it for free." I stated why are we going to trust you to do that when you are not preforming routine services. He stated we could do it at a time We were home to watch them. This is not something that works for our family during weekly hours. Yes, as the call went on I did get more frustrated and irritated and my voice was raised. This man would not stop correcting me that they had "preformed 3 services" even though they have only preformed one. As I tried to proceed with the cancellation they stated we would have to pay them the discount we received in order to cancel today or ride out the contract and call again after contract is met. We have paid this company that discounted amount.

After reviewing our calls you were never told "it wasn't their fault that I didn't see their technicians" you were told about the service report that included everything that was completed, we were apologetic that you were not able to catch the technician while you were home and offered a free reservice to come back out when you might be home so you may be home to see the technician complete the service. I understand you and your family works as most of my customers do so you are unable to be home during the service. That is why I have dashcams and trackers on all of my technicians vehicles so I can verify the service performed if there are ever any questions about it. Through review all 3 services were verified and completed. We still offered to come out for free but you declined and due to that we had to hold you to the agreement that you signed with us. If you have any further questions regarding the issue feel free to give us a call.
Have no idea we never see them. Our next service we request to be home when they come and no service unless we are home due to dogs!

The gentleman was very friendly and did an excellent job explaining what exactly he was going to do to help with any insect or mouse problem. Then he followed through with spraying and filling any mouse traps that needed attention.

Had a cold conversation with Steven this morning while servicing my residence .Absolutely enjoyed speaking with him. As cold as it is outside this guy is a very professional and knowledgeable guy. He knows the products to use even when it’s cold outside, what will work and what will not. Quick and thorough application and on his way.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Product does not work, still had bugs. Email communication is a joke and if you try to cancel they charge such an exorbitant fee so that it's "cheaper" to keep getting service. When you finally "finish" your contract they require you to jump through a bunch of hoops and talk to multiple people and they argue with you with terrible customer service to be able to close your account. Buyer beware!!!!!!! Read other reviews which have had similar situations.

We work hard to make sure customers understand what they’re signing up for so there aren’t any surprises later on.<br><br>As far as communication goes, we did look into this with you and found that our emails were being automatically sent to your junk or spam folder. Unfortunately, that’s controlled by your email provider and isn’t something we’re able to change on our end, but we did our best to stay in touch once we became aware of the issue.<br><br>Pest control isn’t always a one-visit fix, which is why our service includes free reservices to address ongoing activity when it’s reported. We understand how frustrating it can be when pests persist, and we aim to work with our customers within the terms of the agreement to get things under control.<br><br>We appreciate you sharing your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.
Scammer! Pay attention on what you sign with them. It was not the same thing when they talked to you. They played a trick on customers. They trapped you in the contact without knowing. When the salesman came to my house and talked to my husband about the service , my husband asked him to call and talk to me. I told him I didn’t want these service because we did not have any issue with bugs, insects or anything else. After talking to me, he told my husband just try the 1st service for only $49 and you can cancel any time later on if you don’t want it. He did not mention or explain about early cancellation fee if we get less than 5 services. My husband believed in what he said and signed the contract. After a couple services, my house got a lot of mice which never had in the past 15 years since I moved in this house. I called in and want to cancel the service, they said I have to pay the penalty of $250. Very disappointed! Don’t waste your money and bring more trouble to your house! Worst experience!

We strongly disagree with the claim that our company is a scam. Every customer is clearly presented with the terms of the service agreement before signing, including the length of the agreement and the early cancellation fee. Nothing is hidden or altered after the fact, and we make it a point to review these details upfront so customers can make an informed decision.<br><br>Rodent activity can increase for many reasons that are outside of any pest control company’s control, especially seasonal changes that drive mice indoors. That does not mean our service caused the issue. When concerns are reported, we offer follow up treatments and support to address them, which is part of the service you agreed to.<br><br>The cancellation fee you referenced is not arbitrary. It applies only when an account is closed before completing the agreed upon services and reflects the initial discount provided at signup. This policy is outlined in the agreement and is non negotiable.<br><br>We understand frustration, but we do not accept false claims about our business practices. If you would like to discuss your account further or allow us the opportunity to address your concerns properly, we are always willing to do so directly.
I only did it for the deal and after they sprayed we had more bugs than what we did before they sprayed. They charged me over $200 to cancel when I told them that I couldn't afford their service that did not work. They only care about money and will take advantage of anyone who will let them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This can happen because of the pests' egg cycle—eggs may hatch after the first service. That’s why we include a 30-day follow-up visit, to take care of any new activity that may have appeared.<br><br>After that, we move to a regular treatment schedule roughly every 90 days. However, if you notice activity between your scheduled visits, you're covered with unlimited re-services at no additional cost. Nomo Pest Solutions has been an absolute nightmare from the start. They missed multiple scheduled appointments, which forced me to take time off work for nothing. It was almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when I finally did, communication was poor and nothing was ever resolved. They overbilled me several times, didn’t fix the pest issues I originally called about, and after months of service, the problems are still happening. I specifically asked them to spray inside my home several times, and they failed to do so. On top of that, their next available appointments were always 2–3 weeks out which is ridiculous when you’re dealing with recurring pest problems. Overall, this company has been unprofessional, unreliable, and a huge waste of money and time. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Honestly nice people. No issue there but as a scientist myself I have to say that they may just be selling a service. It rained the day of my latest service. Not the best opportunity for a band application but they did it and applied. Why not ask, hey can we come back when it’s not raining? No. Also I have felt my intuition was off from the get go - sales team super nice. Of course! First spray OK. You like ok I got this. These people may not know what they recommending is right. And I am gonna discontinue with them at cost bc such a mistake happens- but ya know I do not want others to experience too. I’ll pay the cost for my stupid-ness. It’s just amazing to me what humanity pays for things.

Scammers! My husband and I have been stuck in a 2 year contract for a year now! Absolutely horrible experience and there staff has admitted to not being able to handle cockroaches and that there services that they offer is not something there equipped to handle! Why did you sign a contract with us knowing you couldn't provide us with what we need. You scammed us promising to get rid of the cockroaches and now it's just getting worse and I've got proof! You are asking for some serious legal issues for A breach of contract case! -You also need to make your clients aware that you are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) very sketchy, not to mention you have several complaints on Better Business Bureau regarding the same thing I'm complaining about! There are so many red flags it's not even funny! -No more excuses these pests should have been gone by now! Cancel our contract or we will happily take you to court! -We're done doing business with you! Contact me or my husband and cancel our contract! Update October 15th 2025: Contact my husband Derek Iseton and end our contract due to Nonperformance and Breach of contract or we will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau if you don’t release us from this contract. We are no longer interested in continuing this contract and will happily take this to court if need be with proof to back it up. Roaches breed quickly and tend to hide in hard to reach areas, which makes ongoing and consistent treatment important. That’s why we include free reservices so you can have us come back as often as needed until the problem is fully resolved.<br><br>We’d also like to clarify that the Better Business Bureau is a private review site and does not have any legal authority or involvement in business licensing or operations.<br><br>We’d really like the chance to make things right. Started with them about 3 months ago. Their stuff does not work as advertise and I can't get them back to retreat my house. Something always comes up and they can't make it. Seems like they need more help.

Absolute SCAM! They take your money, schedule super far out, miss appointments, do the bare minimum, and have poor customer service. The products they used to help treat moles, mosquitos and spiders did absolutely nothing at my property. After 3+ months, I still have the same issues (if not worse), and I’m out several hundred dollars. My neighbors reported the same concerns. The sales guys are great, though! If only the rest of the company held up the word and integrity the sales guys do. The company is garbage.

The sales lady that came to our door was great. She won't be staying there long. The service side of things, that's a different story. They give you a $190 "discount" on your first spray and you have until the first spray to cancel the services. If you cancel the services after the first spray you have to pay back the $190. LUCKY for us the sprayers are following the sales team. So we were locked in right away. That day it was rainy and the sprayers came right in with wet dirty shoes on our white carpet. 4 months later I have not seen them. They spayed outside I guess when I was not home. We started seeing more bugs that before. We canceled with 2 rounds left and of course had to pay back the "Discount" Just go buy some raid and save a headache. Our Neighbors had the same issues and have stopped services.

Do no use Nomo Pest Service. We've had a contract with them since August of 2024 and they've shown up maybe once or twice. Every other time they've rescheduled the visit that was rescheduled that was rescheduled before that. Just today truck number 2 showed up, sat in front of my house for ten minutes, didn't walk up or knock or anything and then just left. We've been paying $60 a month for pretty much nothing. Now they're saying they'll refund today's charge, but not any of the other ones, and they're still holding us to a $200 charge for early contract cancellation. Borderline a scam.
