We were charged for 2 months of service we never received, we then requested a refund and was never issued that refund but charged again. Have called at least 6 times in regards to the refund and still have never received it. Trying to cancel the service and still getting the run around. Grandson's dog found a snake in our yard under the deck! Called our Ankeny, Iowa Fenix number on Friday, March 20th and Tim & Aaron showed up at our house Monday, March 23rd at 8:30 AM!! I would highly recommend Midwest Pest Control. The scheduler made accommodations for me and upcoming service. Donny our service tech did an excellent job on our quarterly pest control service. Donny is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courtesy and helpful. He even brought up our trash waste cans from the street into garage for us!!! 10 gold stars for scheduler, Donny and Midwest Pest Control!!
