they always do a great job
my husband and i recently bought a house and the seller had used these guys for the pest control inspection, (because they’re cheapest in the area) although they were looking for termites specifically, they failed to mention to us, the BUYERS that the house we bought is infested with cockroaches. I didn’t even directly work with these guys and I would tell everyone in the DSM area to steer clear and use someone else, especially considering some of these other reviews.l
I highly recommend Premier Pest Services. The techs and office staff are efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I have a quarterly service package and am very happy with it. I highly recommend Premier Pest Services.

Outstanding service, great results
Didn't answer for me didn't return my calls didn't show back up to my house to do whatever all the exterminating I end up doing it myself saving $300 and got rid of the Southern know a lot about bugs so does Google
Service was never on time to the appointment (2 times). They have a contract with the apartments and the building manager mentioned they would be there at a certain time. This was on July 3rd and we had plans (had to go to the bank before they closed due to the holiday). I even requested to get off work earlier and had to make up the time later in the week all due to this appointment. Called the company and they said they were scheduled for an hour later, not sure about the miscommunication but they wasted a big portion of my time and I could’ve worked longer instead of cutting my hours that day. They had a follow up appointment a month later and once again were not on time. I left my door unlocked and told the company to let themselves in because I didn’t want to be waiting on them. Time is valuable and this company seems to be always running behind. If they were on time the second round I wouldn’t be leaving this review.
Their technicians came to my home to give an estimate for service. The estimate was thorough and reasonable. We told them we would discuss and be in touch. While leaving, their truck hit and smashed one of the lights that line our driveway. We contacted the company and we’re told that until we could provide video evidence of their truck hitting the light they were “very sorry” but unwilling to help. This refusal to take responsibility made me question their ability to provide good and safe service.
Recommend unnecessary termite treatment even the property has termite station surround the house
no call now show. Had to call and ask why the tech never showed up and one person at the business stated they didn't know what was going on. They also stated that there had only been one treatment when the previous person we talked to stated 2 treatment had been done.
I had an incident where I personally witnessed a worker roll down his window, and toss something from his truck, striking my windshield, causing a significant chip. I flashed my lights/honked to get his attention, he didn't stop. We were taking the same exit, so I followed as he proceeded to drive to their location. I was informed the owners were out of town that week for the holiday, but would hear back from someone. I was asked to email pictures to an incorrect email address by their office manager (Shannon), but managed to find an accurate one on my own. I wasn't going to bother discussing the matter with this person, she only wanted to challenge every factual statement I did make with a nonsense "scenario". I was told I'd hear back from someone..... and still I wait! After reading some of the reviews, I have the feeling there's a chronic lack of professionalism/ownership in responsibility, so I'll say my peace and move on. Word of mouth is a powerful thing!
We had a contract since August 2019. On 5/18 they called and made an appointment with my husband for 5/25/2021. I asked him to call back and cancell that quarterly service date because we didnt need services. He Called on the 19th and cancelled. On May 27th we were charged anyways. on may 28th my husband called and said we cancelled. He was told by the rep that the service did happen o the 25th. I told my husband that I was here all day because I work from home, and nobody came inside or talked to me. the rep said she would research and call back. When she called back on the 28th, she apologized and made a refund which was credited on the 28th. on 6/14/21 they RECHARGED my card and when I called they said that the manager did not agree to the refund, that the lady that made the refund was just trying to make my husband not upset, that they did not provide the indoor service that they would be willing to make an appt to do that. I explained that they charged my card without my permission or notification that day. The woman on the phone continued to talk over me. I did curse at her and then apologize. I asked to cancel my contract and the woman kept talking over me. I hung up. I called back and asked for confirmation that the contract had been cancelled and that they send me a record of the conversations as they had noted them, as they had kept saying they were referencing their notes and that my husband had never called to cancel. Btw, my Verizon bill and call history states otherwise. I provided my email to the woman on the phone. She said " why don't you email me, because you are making a lot of requests". I said, all I am asking for is a confirmation of cancellation and a record of the calls that you have noted. You can provide it now or in small claims court. the woman said that she was going to note that I was threatening her. WOW. I have contacted my bank, and the Better Business Bureau. This will get resolved whether they want to acknowledge that they were wrong or not.
They suck at driving. I had one of there drivers pullout in front of me at fleur dr and park ave. About cause a accident. They need hire better people.
