No help just hung up on me

This place was so rude and not at all helpful. My husband called to see if they could help us. Their address is in ROCKFORD and we live in Rockford. After he gave them our zip code the person said “we don’t service in your area goodbye” and hung up. That was it, no explanation, no help, nothing. How are people suppose to get help with critters in their homes if no one wants to help? Ridiculous.

I had a bat in my bedroom when I called he came out right away and found the bat and took it away. The price was well worth it.
