I had an issue with squirrels in my attic. Bill came out the day I called and set traps and took them away. Great customer service. 10 out of 10 recommended!

Bill was incredibly helpful! I was dealing with a groundhog for the first time, and wasn't really sure how to handle it. He came by and set up a trap, and came quickly when the critter was caught. Very informative, professional, and nice!

We had them come out to remove birds and nests that completely clogged our exhaust vents. They removed everything successfully and when a bird was further in our exhaust vent not accessible from outside, they removed the bird from the inside bathroom. Great experience with this company. He found more damage in our attic from the birds and successfully fixed the damage! He was great to work with and gave 100% great customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone with this type of need!

I hired Bill with ASAP Wildlife Removal & Repair to come and take care of a pesky, over population of rabbits that had taken over my yard and plants. Bill came over and set up several traps and caught 5 rabbits for me. He is very friendly, and reliable. Very nice to work with. He’s definitely the man for the job!! Thank you again!!!

I recently had a significant problem with racoons under my wrap around porch. I phoned Bill at ASAP for assistance. He responded to my call quickly and was at my home within 24 hours to evaluate and set traps. He came back out the same day I phoned that a trap had an animal. He caught 5 racoons within a week. He then provided and completed a cost effective plan to prevent further animal access into my problem areas. He was always pleasant and responsive. While I hope I dont need his services again I would call him again if necessary!

Bill is not only extremely knowledgeable about wildlife but a pretty cool guy as well. He cleared my attic of raccoons and closed up the entry points. Had several ways to deal with the problem. Highly recommend!!!

Bill West is the BEST! He answered my call right away, even facetimed with me to look over our critter-under-porch situation. When we decided to use his services, he was there within an hour to set up a trap. I mentioned to him that he was the only trapper I called who answered/called back, as I left messages with other trappers. As opposed to bashing the other trappers, he relayed to me that this is a very busy time for critters/trappers. The next morning we awoke to see a skunk in the trap and he came out first thing to take him away. He was kind, caring and respectful to us, other trappers and our little critter. I couldn't ask for more! I hope I don't ever have to use Bill's services again, but I know if the situation ever arises, he will be the ONLY person I call. Thanks again Bill for everything!
