Let me start out by saying the gentleman that serviced my house were great guys and deserve 5 stars. HOWEVER the lying scum sales reps who mind you are the face of your company's success or failure need to be fired. I know their job is to get a sale but to flat out lie to a potential customer and possibly cause irreplaceable heartache to get that sale is criminal!! I am revising my review of this company. Avoid them. The initial visit was fine, actually saw my ant issue decrease after two weeks. However, at 4 weeks they started coming back again. Two types, carpenter and sweet ants. My issue is with the salesman that sold me this service. I was told and received a text that stated 9 visits a year. So, on the 5th week I called to find out when my next visit was. I was told it wasn't scheduled for about two months and that my service was every three months f

I called greenix because I discovered that I have had years worth of mice in my basement ceiling (there are none currently and no evidence of any currently because it is summer). I told the greenix rep that. I asked for help from them to prevent the mice coming back this winter. I was given a big spiel about what they could do for that. Yet, when the technician arrived today, he put out 4 containment boxes outside, sprayed for bugs (I never said a word about problems with bugs), and then spraye
