Eric and Mark put in my new Air Conditioning unit. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. They really did a great job! Interacting with my dogs, keeping my house clean, being friendly and communicating with me with any needs!

Pearson’s deserves every bit of this five-star review. When our AC went out, they sent Randy the very next day. He couldn’t access the furnace because the hot water heater was in the way. It turned out that we needed a new water heater and John came out a day later to replace and reposition it, so Randy could get back to the furnace. That same afternoon, Randy repaired and replaced the blower motor on the furnace and got our AC running. From start to finish, it was fast, professional, and respectful.John and Randy were knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely great to work with. We felt completely taken care of, and we couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to both of them and to Pearson’s for the quick response.

Pearson did the maintenance today on our central air unit. Happy to see it was John who did the work , he helped with our installation years ago and even came up with the solution to our family room heating and cooling issue. Pearson’s has been maintaining my furnace and A/C since 2010. I can always count on them. They came and cleaned my furnace today. They explain things to me. They do a fantastic job and prices are competitive. I highly recommend.

Dylan came out. Was very quick to figure out a remedy to my broken pipe. Repair was easy and reasonably priced. Made sure to clean up after him and walk us through every step. Very happy with the service.

Pearson installed my Zoeller septic pump on January 28, 2025. Unfortunately, the pump failed after only 1 year and 5 months. While I was disappointed that the pump didn't last longer, it was still covered under Zoeller's 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Although Pearson's workmanship warranty is one year, I really appreciated that they loaned me a temporary pump while I waited for the warranty replacement. That kept my septic system operating and prevented what could have been a very stressful situation. No one wants to deal with a septic pump failure, but I appreciate that Pearson was willing to help keep everything running until the replacement pump was available. Based on how they responded, I would not hesitate to use them again.

1. First job- Split AC install in a new addition to my house. Drain clogged resulting in dry wall, flooring damage. Fortunately problem was corrected promptly and was compensated for damages 2. Decided to give them another chance given prompt response to complaint with prior install. Had new HVAC installed at residence. Problems as listed below A. Insulation not installed as quoted. Needed to be reminded that job was not completed per quote before they realised it B. Wiring installed incorrectly and hence AC unit would not turn off C . New problem that arose in less than 2 weeks from install - unit completely stopped functioning when outside temperatures were over 90. Called for emergency service however could not be addressed on day of issue despite it being a new install Would be careful when they state job has been completed. Hoping for a quick resolution to problem 2. Frankly not sure if install service is even worth a 1 star

Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem and repaired in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Had new external water spigots installed to replace the really old ones on my home of 40 years. Job was completed on time and is excellent quality. However found the cost for this repair to be extremely expensive and after reviewing other contractors this was clearly the highest cost by far. Contractor does excellent work but will have to pursue a lower cost alternative in the future.

Have historically done good work for me. They helped redo my plumbing and installed heat pumps and new furnaces. A+++ Went back to them for more work and setup an appointment a week in advance with a 4 hour window for a hot water heater estimate and they couldn't keep the appointment.

Honest - called asking if something was an issue and instead of charging for a visit that wasn't needed they told me how to fix it on my own. Will call them again if something actually needs a plumber - honesty is hard to find in this industry.

First, I need give my information EVERY time. No record of historical calls or service actions. Annoying. I called and had service requested. They came out, same day repair, overtime rates...I get that. But what I don't understand is I got 1 phone call during my work hours, no message and then technician left without informing me they were leaving and left no notes to the service center on the work needed to be approved. I called again, they told me technician would call or text, technician never did. I called the night number, answering service (see above) had no information and put me in contact with technician for OT rates AGAIN. Work could not be performed as needed (simple toilet wax ring was custom), did not have tools or parts with them to simply replace the toilet. So it's Wednesday night, no toilet, no parts. Cancelled any further service. Have used this company twice before. Polite, but ultimately useless to me and extremely poor process. Set up to charge you more money.

The quality of the work and the products they install are superior to anything I've had before. Scheduling, installation, and follow-up all went perfectly, and it was nice to hear from the city inspector that they did a terrific job.

Pearson always does a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Roto Rooter quote was 5x more than Pearsons. Mark was quick and thorough and knew how to correct our old outdated plumbing in our farmhouse.

During this last big chill, my furnace chose to quit...on Saturday after 5:00pm. Pearsons had a person answering the phone and the service tech, Eric, called me within an hour to let me know that I was next inline then called when he was on his way. He found the problem (an internal fuse) and made sure that the unit would continue to run. Not all heroes wear capes. Thanks!

A big thank you goes out to Pearson for getting to my house on the same day, they had to replace a condensation pump on my furnace and they were here within an hour when I called them. Thanks for your good service.

I'll go ahead and give them one star, just for the employee that answered the phone. I had an emergency faucet leak and called for assistance after hours. The man who answered my call was nice. He put in the request and told me that I would be receiving a call when an on-call plumber is available. Well, its officially been 24 hours since I made the call to Pearson and still havent received a phone call from anyone within the company. Luckily found someone else to get the job done. Bottom line: don't call Pearson for an emergency after hours.

Tried to charge $600 for my furnace's motherboard. I bought the same part, same manufacturer online for $50.

210 dollars just to come out crazy prices

Great experience!!! We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and they were the only company that answered the phone and came to help. Left messages for other emergency plumbing services and never heard back. They actually answered the call. Their service was wonderful and prices were fair for the situation! So thankful as they helped us during what was a stressful situation and put us at ease. They will be the first and only company we call for plumbing services moving forward!
