Have had a wonderful experience. Bryant & Brandon were very knowledgeable and respectful. I have an older home that had not been consistently lived in. The spiders and mice had taken advantage of that. Since having Modern Solutions providing their services that situation has done a 180. Look out Orkin, you have fierce competition! I would highly recommend Modern Solutions.

Highly recommend Modern Solutions! They do a great job stopping pests from getting into your house. Very thorough! For my house, that is bugs and mice! I appreciate that they provide text updates to confirm appointments, and then call when they’re on the way. Always on time. Communication is great. Brandon and Michael did our house this morning and are great, and I really appreciate that they take off shoes when they go upstairs into our house. Michael noticed some moisture in our out building which was helpful so we can figure out what the problem is. Highly recommend!

We are on 7 years & 2 homes, (both in the country), of Modern Solutions keeping the interior & exterior of our home and extra buildings free of insects and mice/rodents. All products used, are safe for people and pets. Technicians Bryant, Kenny, and Michael are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers. The newer technology they have implemented, made the job seamless. I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. Living in the country, insects & mice are inevitable. We no longer, struggle with either. NOT, a too good to be true situation! Modern Solutions offers an incredible product. I 100% recommend them. UPDATE March 2026 Contacted Amy in MS office, requesting a few more rodent boxes, for building on our property. Always friendly and strives to accommodate each customer's needs. Had techs Bryant & Brandon, at our door same day. Not only did we recieve the extra boxes, but unasked, they checked all others, while on our property. Also checking for any areas, rodents/mice can enter. I cannot reiterate enough, how positive our experience has been with Modern Solutions, their product, and their entire staff. 5 Stars.

Was in need of help with outdoor pests wanting to become indoor pests (Asian Beetles and Flies) were the main nemeses we we called Modern Solutions about help with on Wednesday morning, they had Brandon and Kenny here first thing Thursday morning Both the Technicians were Great to work with Friendly and Accommodating and answered any questions or concerns we had after going over different options and being in a rural setting we opted to go with their yearly plan and include the outdoor bait stations for rodent control also. Mike and Kenny from modern solutions came out to our farm house today after the winter. I have not seen any spider. Bugs or mice in my house all winter. They give me Peace of mind would recommend to anybody.
