They have been very poor at communicating when the tech will come, so I went to a "call before coming" option. They just told me that they tried calling (one time) last year and I did not respond, so they did not come. Can't tell me when they called, just that they know they did. I have had a wonderful experience with Mosquito Hero! They are responsive to any contact made. They let you know when someone is coming out to your home and when they leave. The effects of their treatments on the area upfront and in back of my home are quickly felt. It’s nice to cut the grass without endless bites and swallowing tiny bugs that attack in a cloud formation!! They cover a large area, effectively. 2025 update: the service provider is AWESOME. In the past we just lived with mosquitoes , bug repellent, and cortizone lotion. After a friend suggested Joe’s Mosquito and how well it helped reduce those pesky insects…I jumped and signed up for the summer. Oh man, did it make a difference! My husband daughter are mosquito magnets and would get bit all the time-their bites would swell. Last year, using Mosquito Joe significantly reduced mosquitoes in our yard. So much so that we signed up again for it this year. I can’t recommend them enough.

Finding bed bugs in your home is absolutely terrifying. I’m 31 years old and have only heard of them & never experienced having them in my home. My wife and I have 5 kids in the house and it’s hard telling where they came from but they were in multiple rooms of the house. I called a few companies but the ones I did only sprayed and didn’t offer any kind of warranty.
