I hired greenacres lawn care to mow my front and back lawn. I got home the first day they were supposed to mow and the front looked good but the back was completely untouched. The lady said the manager said he couldn't get his mower back there....... She charges me the full amount. Next week rolls through I get home from lunch and it's still not touched but the front is. Called multiple times regarding the early morning hour they are cutting the neighbors yard in a residential area. Asked if they could possibly reschedule to a time later in the morning. Tim and Matthew found the source of the leak, and restored lights, which had been dislodged when they repaired the pond a month ago. I called immediately after that discovery(same day) and then waited a month until they came back. I feel this should not be charged, or at least a reduced price. I am very unhappy with the company, who appear to be very under-manned and unprepared to take over this abundance of pond work they took on.
