We have never had rodents in our home. So--after seeing a mouse in my family room--I called Bryan late one night. He came out first thing the next day, and carefully inspected our home for points of entry. He set up traps in areas where mice hide and explained how they work. While he was here, he also sprayed our property for bugs, as I had mentioned seeing Carpenter ants for the first time in our kitchen. I'm happy to report that we are now rodent and bug-free. Bennett was so great. They were out to our home within 24 hrs. We caught one mouse but then had several running wind sprints in our dropped ceiling. Bennett asked questions about the history of the issue, inspected inside and out and identified where they were getting in and out. Sealed everything up, placed bait traps to kill anything that may have still been inside and even made a recommendation to improve our garage door spacing. Sat and watched TV without the unnerving rodent racket. Thank

I called Bryan's company just a few days ago, about some scratching sounds we were hearing in our attic/ceiling at nights. Freaked us out! He came within 2 hours, and on time! Went up in the attic. Did a detailed thorough examination. Found no evidence of critters (aliens?) up there. He thinks probably a bird was trying to get in from the outside, (but failed miserably and repeatedly). Excellent service and very good product. It is not harmful to our dog, and it doesn’t cause allergies to me. Extremely happy it eliminated a pest of silverfish that came with us from a rental property. To our surprise we haven’t had ants in a long time, and we haven’t seen too many spiders as usual. And when we do, Bryan retreats our home and the spiders disappear or decrease significantly. Overall, very satisfied customers.
