I was very pleased with PURCOR. The Exterminator arrived promptly after my call about an invasion of ants in my home. He explained my options of treatment and I have been ant free since the very next day!

Ken Stewart did our home inspection and found issues with possible rat or mice entry points. Decided not to do myself and Ken called Michael and he showed up an did the hole filler stuff with steel wool and caulking. Did a great job!

I spent thousands replacing insulation due to a mouse problem. They didn’t even catch a single mouse. This company is a scam. The technician was great at his job but the company is horrible.

Applicator very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Worked quickly and efficiently. *update* VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND BUSINESS PRACTICES* The service person is very good and show great knowledge but everyone above that has no regard for the customer. I am not sure we will continue with them beyond this issue.

Tech was awesome!!! No complaints. Thorough and explained everything. But! The company was caught in a lie. Don’t trust them. They said an investigator would come out free, a 400.00 value, never showed. Then called to state the investigator found something wrong. He never came out!!!! And don’t blame it on the tech because we definitely know he didn’t say anything was wrong. Communication in this company really sucks. Just be aware. But once again, the tech was the best.
