Senske is our go to for lawn, tree, shrub, and weed maintenance. They come on a schedule and will come back and reapply if I ask them to. Daniel was here today and told me exactly what he was going to do. He is always polite and works efficiently.

Cameron and his team did a great job trimming my trees! It was not a pleasant day with the wind blowing and very cold. I couldn't believe how high he can get in those trees!

Oh brother - their tech said I had a beetle in my tree and quoted $600 or so to treat. He no longer works for company, maybe it was my complaint. So months later, the manager comes to look at the tree and says winter burn and even I'm smarter than that. Found someone who had worked on my landscape from the TF area who is now in Treasure Valley - the tree has a fungal symptom which can be treated. DO NOT TRUST SENSKE.

Senske will NOT guarantee their service, even if they kill your lawn with their weed spray! We used their service 5 years ago and cancelled after the second year as there was a huge difference in service from the first year to the second year. When we brought the issues up by calling in to let them know the weeds were getting worse instead of eliminated, they blamed us for not watering! We water our lawn! They literally insulted us. After 2 years we decided to give them a second chance. They came out one time July 2024 tight before we threw a party in our backyard. The tech who came out was careless. The next day there were streaks of burnt grass all over our front and backyard. The tech leaked weed killer all over, carelessly and the proof was highly visible everywhere. I called in to cancel and to let them know their tech messed up the lawn. They DID NOT GUARANTEE anything. On top of that they didn’t refund us either. A year and 3 months after all of this I get a collection notice!! What the heck type of company are they running!!! How the heck did they get 4.7 stars. If I could leave a zero, I definitely would have. Don’t waste your time and money with Senske! They are horrible!

Never sprays the perimeter, constantly have to have them come back for a respray. And how do you spray, and granular fertilizer in less than minutes and charge me 85 bucks. I've been a customer for about 10 years I believe. And my service is getting worse and prices going up even though my actual treated lawn has got 30% smaller.

Place bags of chemicals to help trees.. When asked if you can tell where holes were drilled when their done and finished and met with "no it heals and you'd never be able to tell" Uhh well, weeks later you can definitely tell 🤦‍♀️ tread lightly trusting all they say will be true. My tree(s) all now have black bleeding holes

So much oil on trees with temperatures at 105 degrees. Say it’s a cold weather tree treatment. My Japanese maples are curly up and dying plants are so wet 6 hours later. With oil.That it’s all over my rocks .. plants are glistening and oil is running down my bark. Aspen is curling.. I am furious.. You will be liable for the damage to my yard if my trees and plants die! We were headed to the doctor when he called. I told him he needed to know what he was doing in this head! I am sick over this!

The worst experience I've ever had with a lawn care company - by far... The communication is terrible, they do not take notes in their system to pull up previous conversation, and they have zero integrity (referring to management and their back office). Last year I was over charged significantly for services. I told them my lawn was bad and they knew the situation. The sales rep told me if they needed to come back out re-seed and aerate it would be no problem at no charge . Well I was charged without notice over double what my monthly plan was for 4 months. I called and called and called and never received any direct help and still have not been called back about this from finance. Without going too far into detail, the last tech that came to my house said I was being over charged significantly for the size of my lawn and someone had messed up the calculation. Again, this has still not been handled and it's been months. Do not use big companies like this. Invest in your local businesses that actually take pride in how they take care of their customers. Not to mention my grass is just as bad as it was when they started and they "worked" on my grass for 9+ months.

Spoke to Joel Anderson to have my place sprayed for weeds. All sounded good and at the end of the conversation we set up for email and text alerts to notify us of our upcoming appointment. No alert was sent and someone showed up to spray when my wife and I were at work. Our animals were outside so they couldn’t spray. I specifically told Joel we needed notified at least the night before so we could have our animals put up. Joel said he fixed the issue. We then have waited a month and no word on them coming. I sent Joel a text asking if they were going to come spray the place and he responded he would send me the date. A week later and still nothing. I shouldn’t have wasted my time with this company!! If you read my review I would absolutely use a different company. The weeds are growing fast and I could have had a reliable company come out by now!

The cockroaches are the people that work there. Problematic - This company is a liability. The driver has absolutely no regard, concern or respect for your property. They don't mind causing damage and just leaving it. When contacting the office, you will encounter the same level of disrespect. I sent a contact request/complaint for 5 days in a row and never once did they make an attempt to respond to the problem. I strongly suggest trying a different company. Its one thing if the let you know about a problem they cause and at least make an attempt to rectify it - something completely different if they hide from the problem and don't make the slightest attempt to address the problem. The company from top to bottom appears to be one big unresolved problem. DON'T USE! Check Better Business Bureau - says it all

I’m having a hard time leaving this review because it’s not something I like to do but I’ve been using Senske for a 2 months or so and haven’t seen any improvement in my lawn. In fact, my weeds, pasture grass, and dead spots have gotten a lot worse. I paid all up front and they’ve visited some additional times but since my salesman who I initially signed up with is no longer there it’s been really hard to speak to anyone in ID. Anytime I call customer service is routes me to a center in Washington and then I receive another treatment but nothing improves. Here are some images. Now I’m in the store purchasing my own weed and pasture grass killer. I’d love some help Senske! I’m more than willing to edit this if my situation changes.

I just washed my windows and came home to find spray residue all over them after the pest control service that was performed. I am very unhappy about this.
