They literally go above and beyond to not overcharge you on anything and save you money. They have more integrity than you normally see these days! They are so kind and courteous and knowledgeable. We will never use anyone else!

I have been really happy with Boise Pest Control. John always lets me know when he is on his way over and it doesn't take him long to get the job done. We have chickens in the back yard and he is conscious to avoid doing anything to harm the chickens while doing a thorough job of ridding us of unwanted pests. This last time John notified us about some rat issues other home owners have been experiencing so he did a check around the property to make sure we are not being affected. He stays on top of his knowledge and is willing to share his knowledge. It makes me trust both John and Boise Pest control!

Jeff was very thorough and gave a helpful assessment of my home. This was an initial inspection and I was looking for a second opinion to my current pest control provider. He did not take a high-pressure sales approach and gave me an honest opinion - very much appreciated!

Jared was such a nice guy and explained to me beforehand all about where he was spraying and the different barriers he was applying. He also asked me about particular areas I’d like to have sprayed, and was very friendly the entire time. He showed up about 45 minutes late for our appointment, but he texted me before he came so I knew when to be ready for his arrival, which I appreciated.
