Do not hire evergreen they had a company named Aptive buy them out or something and they are a Total scam they charge you for services that never happened and they tried to charge my grandma on Christmas Day and Eve for a service that never happened In December when there are no bugs or webs.

Attention to detail appears to be a significant issue for this company. My neighbor hired them for pest control, and they were understandably dissatisfied with the results. After their visit, they came by my house, despite my clear "No Soliciting" sign prominently displayed on my porch. The representative simply ignored it. When I opened the door to inquire about their visit, he mentioned he was working for my neighbors, but I had to firmly decline their services and ask him to leave my property. If this company can't adhere to basic guidelines, I worry about their ability to handle pest control safely and effectively. There’s a real risk they could cause damage to your home or, worse, harm your pets or children by misapplying chemicals. I strongly advise caution if you’re considering hiring this company for any pest control services.

If I can give less than 1 star I would… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM! Their services and product suck! When the sales guy came to the door he did a great job selling the company and said if we don’t like it we can cancel after the first 2 services. Well I kept them for a year because everytime I would try to cancel they wouldn’t let you and sent someone out to reservice the property. Finally I’ve had enough and have been trying to cancel for the last 3 months and they don’t get the hint and now all of a sudden they say I’m in a 2 year contract which was never stated when I was signing up and they said I have to pay for a whole year to cancel them. Stay far away from this POS company they just want your money!

Marcellous serviced my yard and shop area. He is always friendly, and his work is thorough. He cares for his customers. He left an email with a list of his work today. I appreciate his work.

I have used evergreen for awhile now they have never let me down they are always there when I need them I’m scared to death of spiders and if I spot one I call them right away and they are there I just moved into a new house when I called to let them know I had a new address they came out within days to spray they new I would be nervous about being there without the being sprayed they take my fear very seriously. Never use them. Twice rescheduled two no shows the month of September 2024. Never get to speak to owner. Only call center. Never leave note that if and when they do the service. Never can talk to someone in Boise.

If I could give this company and their products 0 stars then I would. We unfortunately had a contract we were stuck with so we had to finish out the service. They would come out, spray and I'd be calling them Back within a few weeks to come back. Constant webs and bug activitiy continued through the duration of my contract. No matter how many times it was treated. I called to cancel and they would just send another technician back to service. Again the product didn't work and I still had webs they didn't knock down. I'd call again to cancel and they make it impossible wanting to keep sending someone back out. I finally had to buy my own treatment from Walmart and it worked better. Do not use this company, your money will go to waste!

Highly recommend this company- Our Tech Marcellous Jil is great and very helpful too. Plus he's good with my four-legged family member too. We all know that if your dog likes them they must be good folks!!!

I've never used this company for Pest Control however the driver in id04 was driving aggressively and almost caused two accidents. Also he was texting while he was driving and playing on his phone.

Apparently our Route is some how locked for some reason do to the fact y’all driver couldn’t find our address on Friday (7/12/24) and now it seem like yall can’t send someone to come and take care of an ant problem we have smh so much for “ Honest service”

We have had Evergreen protecting our home for 2 or 3 years. They are always professional, let me know if there are problems, come if I call with a problem.

My partner was talked into a $100 special, so he agreed to have them come and spray the outside and inside of the house. Unfortunately that didn’t get rid of the pests…. They say they have a guarantee that I have yet to see. They also tricked him into signing some kind of two year contract. He never agreed to anything like that, the job hasn’t even been done. Then he asks to speak with who is in charge and a very rude mouthy girl named Bailey gets on the phone and was absolutely no help. She yelled and used vulgar language. She actually hung up on him. I’m blown away by the terrible disrespectful customer service that this company has displayed. Something needs to be done immediately. This is unacceptable.

First off , they come to your door and keep reducing the price of their services, but want to charge you for a whole year in the end. The salesman also lied and said my neighbors name and that she was using them. ( she wasn’t) Then, they sprayed in a downpour. It did absolutely nothing. In fact I have spider webs and spiders still. Please don’t use this company unless you want to throw your money away.

Don’t do business with this company. If you are on automatic withdrawal don’t do it. I asked to cancel my service in April and was told my contract ran until May and they would be sure to cancel it then. It is now June and they are still pulling money out of my account and refuse to refund the June payment. I emailed them and called them and was assured the account would be cancelled. This is a company that is someone you do not want to do business with.

THESE ARE ALL FAKE REVIEWS. This company is a complete SCAM. Don’t waste your money. You can buy their product for $40 on Amazon and one bottle will last you years!!! Just look at your invoice it will say what product they use and you can buy it online. These people never answer their phone. They also decided to trick my grandpa who has dementia into a two year contract. How evil!?!? They tried to cancel and they wouldn’t let them. Makes me so mad. DO IT

Zach (self-claimed owner) was extremely condescending when I told him “not interested” several times. We wrapped up by him telling me “Have a great day, enjoy the ants!” Businesses like these typically build up their clientele list until a larger pest control company can buy them out and the owner ends up profiting the most. Usually their “service specialists” have no actual certifications or training. I know this because I used to work for a company similar to this right out of college for a summer. These companies usually do door-to-door marketing during the summer months (and here it is, June). Be aware! They use sales tactics like “Do you know your neighbor named (insert name)....oh, you don’t? Well I just sold them and most of your neighbors a subscription.” Sorry Zach, social media and online reviews can be a B. : )
