Had them out one time, and then canceled their services. They didn’t put the sticky traps in the garage as quoted and we had way more outdoor issues after their services. Ended up having to get a pressure washer for the day to spray off our entire house because of the amount of wasp nests they did not remove. Was told by the rep we could cancel at anytime however that was in fact not true without penalties. Paid $300 for one service and had better results on our own.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. The sales reps mislead you and lie about their services. I have never worked with a pest control company that treat their clients as money signs and have no integrity.

I spoke with Daniel our technician that has been coming up to our house in fruitland for the last 3 years to have him help us getting our credit card number changed and he told me he got let go from Croach for false rumors said by the owners. I am completely upset as me and my neighbors are still with Croach because of him. Now that he’s gone we don’t want service with Croach anymore since all they have sent out is techs who seem to be on their first day and always leave webs behind while leaving in 5 minutes after arrival. Me and my neighbors are beyond upset and are gonna cancel when they send the next technician out here.

Worse company to deal with, all they care is money, my bug issues was never resolved, they wanted to keep spraying when clearly it wasn't working, I come from Texas where we do have a pets issue and my previous company did once or even twice a year, this company sprayed about 5 time within a year and I still deal with spider, spider webs ants etc. My honest review is don't deal with them, no money back and the work wasn't guaranteed. Stay away from them, if it wasn't enough they wanted to auto renew the yearly contract what a joke.

This is a bitter sweet review…although I see other people talk about their tech by name, I will remove the names to give them some form of dignity…. So the story begins…I originally got Croach through a door to door sales person….I had been thinking about picking up a vendor and he showed up at the perfect time, the first tech we had was excellent …..very through….. spent the time to clean everything we were told to expect from a Croach service, super professional, extremely polite….but sadly he left to go back to school and the downfall began….techs began doing the service in less than 10 minutes….no longer swept webs off the eves……we began to find wasp nests in areas they would walk by, and the final draw walking in the yard at 7:45 am without coming to the door first….absolutely freaking out my family who were still sleeping….seeing some man walk past their windows in the dark, of course their documentation said they got there at 8, oops forgot that they raised my prices $10 without telling me, not exactly a big deal…but I feel it lacks integrity …..anyway I fired them…. This is after 3 years of service mind you…..but of course the reps began calling asking what they could do to fix the situation, so after being promised my quoted rate again and a free service, I gave them a second chance (or what ever number it is) except that the first service back which was promised free gets charged….there is no documentation of the free service….but eventually I am given a credit in my account…. This is the last chapter I promise…..we decide to move, so I call Croach and ask what can be done….and I am politely told that it so no problem that we can move my plan over to the new house and continue …no problem….but the tech arrives and now informs me that I now have to start all over with a new $200 initial treatment….they want to come 6 times a year not 4 as before….and of course the rate is higher(I expected that) I share this as my experience with Croach…..I am not telling you to use them or not…that is your choice…in my experience though the company lacks integrity…please do with that as you will.

After my last review, I found out that he left the gate to the back yard open again after being told twice, not to do that. We found our dog ouch side the fence. He is not used to that and could have been seriously injured!

Service was incomplete and only covered a small portion of our yard before running out of product. Was suspposed to get a time to finish the yard and instead recived a finished service email. This has nothing to do with the Tech he was great.

They sounded good when they signed us up. They come out once a quarter, but they had to reschedule twice in 8 months, plus we had to call them back out twice due to an overabundance of bugs still everywhere. The last visit, we had called the office administrator to ask what time the tech would be at our home as we needed to go out in the morning. She said it would be between 1:00 and 5:00 which was fine, and she asked if we wanted the tech to call us before they came to our home. I said yes, that would be great. We got home before 1:00, there was a tag on the door saying he had been there and only done the front yard as the gates were locked, it was at 12:30. No phone call.

I am SUPER disappointed. When I signed up from a solicitor at my door, I was given all these hopes at what a great company this is. I received a recording call my account was past due, and had never even had a service done. I reached out, and they said the tech had accidentally went to the wrong address, as the ping on GPS didn't show my house. After back and forth calls,They set me up with a new tech as a "reservice". He came out and knocked down ONE wasp nest and left. Didn't even spray etc. I received an email saying service complete with a bill. I was furious. I called the tech back and explained to him what had happened in the first place and that it wasn't a "reservice ". He felt so bad and had no idea why there were not better notes. He sent in a message to the office to have someone contact me and set up a 3rd service. Still no one has contacted me and this is ridiculous! Horrible customer service, communication, and business.
