Love My ProTec Team Going on 7 years! Gabe and Brett are responsive and supportive of our needs! We have a quarterly plan and if we ever need a touch up or removal of a trap, ProTec will immediately respond! We highly recommend ProTec for your pest control needs!

I’ve been really happy with their services! They treat everything that I request and they will come back for spot treatments if necessary at no extra charge.

I hate to leave a negative review but it’s my honest experience with Protec. I had them out to spray lawn and rocks beds for weeds and to fertilize my grass. They seemed nice enough and said they could kill the weed growing in my backyard which was mallow. As it turns out, they have no idea what they’re doing. The technician sprayed an entire landscaped rock bed and killed 40+ creeping thyme plants. The rock bed is large and it’s clear where the plants were intentionally planted! He wasn’t told to spray in there but rather chose to and ruined hundreds of dollars worth of landscaping. Furthermore, they over sprayed in the backyard and killed a fair amount of grass that lined the rock beds. Lastly, not a single weed in my lawn died and, the mallow, which I brought them out for was still fully intact along with dandelions and other weeds. I wrote the owner to let him know of the landscape damage and he simply said sorry I wasn’t satisfied with their service. These guys don’t care and their lawn products don’t work. They also don’t know their chemicals and gave mixed advice as to whether they’re safe to pets. If you do decide to have them out, watch them like a hawk as they don’t know the difference between landscaping and weeds!

Gabe was fantastic! He was clear in his communication and walked me through each part of the service including discussing specific weed issues. I would highly recommend Protec and Gabe!

Mr. Borgna did all that was expected of him and more. His 1 hour appointment stretched to 2 hours; he assessed the property in a very thorough way and closed the access sites to the house. He communicated well regarding what he was finding and his plan for treatment. He then set mouse traps in appropriate places and plans on returning in about 1 month to assess the situation. I didn't ask how long he had worked for ProTec but I can assure ProTec management that they have an excellent worker in Mario Borgna. Graham Wetherley

Protec always does a great job! They are super helpful and even helped me discover possible places for mice to get in. They also know my dogs names and are great with them when they do a service.
