Always a good experience with this company.

The company means well, but their systems could be improved. I was told one thing by the technician, but the system wouldn’t allow it to happen. Their customer service is outsourced, which led to a lot of back and forth before I finally reached someone from the actual company. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Company ignores no solicitation signs. Not okay.

I was impressed with the salesman who came to discuss service and switched. After the first few months I had a misunderstanding about treatments and billing cycles and was promptly called with explanations as to how it worked. They agreed to match my previous treatments and were very open, honest, and kind. They are following up between visits to check for wasps I've seen. I appreciate this type of open communication and respect.

Wife signed up for service at a discounted rate we were under the impression that it’s a quarterly service for a quarterly charge but that wasn’t the case it’s a quarterly service for a monthly charge so with that and us needing a reservice done due to us still seeing bugs and what not still around and in the house we just wanted to be done and over with the service and when I was in the phone with them to cancel said service I’m being told I have to pay the difference between the discounted price and the full price of the service which I have never heard any kind of business doing that ever and I just find it ridiculous to pay for that and I was told by the gentleman on the phone that it’s “industry standard” to pay for the difference of the discount never heard of that for any industry if you don’t want to lose the money from doing said deal then don’t do the deal just looks bad on you trying to take peoples money for an unsatisfactory service if it’s unsatisfactory it’s unsatisfactory plain and simple eat the cost and move on will never recommend to anyone for pest control

Justin was great at explaining what services Exp Pest provided and he assured us everything would be taken care of. The best thing is… everything was taken care of the next day by Exo’s #1 technician Tucker. Tucker was very nice and professional. We endorse Exo Pest for all you pest control services.

Exo Pest are the best they come every three months spray for ants clean out any wasp nest that try to take up residence and anything else I need sprayed. If I see any ants between the times I give them a call and they come out right away. They also take care of mice

I recently had an outstanding experience with Exo Pest, and I can't recommend them highly enough! I recently made the switch to Exo Pest Control from Saela (also known as Edge, Orkin, or Rollins). After being consistently disappointed with the level of service I was receiving, I decided to try a local company—hoping for a more personalized experience. Exo exceeded my expectations. Please train your sales associates that ringing the doorbell multiple times is not a good way to garner business. I Will actively avoid Exo Pest in the future because of how obnoxious and rude the solicitation was.

They were illegally soliciting for business in my neighborhood. I told them I didn’t need their business but he wouldn’t stop talking and would not leave my porch. When I asked to see their solicitors license, they admitted to not having one and still attempted to sell to me. They left when they saw me calling the police but came back to my neighborhood that night to continue illegally soliciting for business.
