I had issues with billbugs and crabgrass in my lawn. Emerald lawns sent Collin out to take care of my lawn and I have not had issues since. I appreciate there customer service and will turn to them for any issues I have in the future.

10/10 recommend. My lawn was brown and patchy. Now, it’s green and what a proper lawn is supposed to look like! Definitely using them over and over again!

I have 2 family members who use Emeralds Lawns for multiple services year round (lawn,trees,pest control). I had them look at my patchy lawn and multiple trees that were in rough shape in the past. After some lawn treatments then nutrient capsules and sprays for the trees, everything came back 👍

When it was built in 2014 the sod that was installed in the lawn was a mishmash of different grass types and it was installed during the winter. Subsequently the lawn had problems looking decent for many years despite numerous seed and poison applications by my mowing services to encourage the good grass to grow and the weedy grass to die. When I began with Emerald my hope was that they would finally fix this problem so that I wouldn't have to rip out the lawn and install new sod. - which was the recommendation of several other landscape services and my lawn mowing people. Mission accomplished! The lawn is good. the weeds are very much under control and the lawn looks consistent and very pleasant.

So polite & professional. Your team surprised me by picking up all my dog toys in the back yard before spraying, even including a big stick my dog's liked to chew on. As a pet owner I will always choose Emerald Lawns.

I had a great experience! I called to get a quote and they were able to come and spray 2 days later. They were very responsive and professional and they dont push you into a contract wich is the best part! I'm adding to this review i have now been using them for my pest control for about 4yrs and they continue to provide great service as needed.

My wife and I used this service for a time. They guarantee no weeds, but we continued to have weeds. Also, we moved and canceled their service, however we continue to receive bills from from them. So beaware, you will always owe them

I have been using Emerald Lawns Inc. for mite and pre-emergent/fertilizer lawn treatments for three years. The mite treatments were effective, but last year, I left Jeff a message to let him know that his truck left four oil spots on my driveway. I explained that I cleaned them up but he should be aware of this if he happens to park in someone else’s driveway. I have not heard from him since. When I requested a treatment this year, Josh came and sprayed with what I suspect was a different miticide, which had no effect. I left Dave three messages to discuss for which there was no response. The second pre-emergent/fertilizer treatment was ineffective and they came back out and spread what they called soil enhancement, which was basically chicken manure. I have been dealing with mushrooms ever since. When I complained about that, they responded by saying “mushrooms are a sign of a healthy lawn,” I disagree, they are a pain. Last year the pre-emergent/fertilizer treatment was once again ineffective and I was told that it was because there was not enough rain and the irrigation had not been turned on, to soak it into the ground. They made no offer to respray. This year they wanted to come out and spray under the same conditions. I find Emerald Lawn Inc. is not orientated towards customer concerns and satisfaction and somewhat “thin-skinned.” I would not recommend them.

Asked for sterilant but weeds still come thru.

We were initially happy but have had trouble with them ever since. They won't take us off their automatic schedule, as we have repeatedly requested, and they still haven't picked up their Vole traps after numerous requests.

Driver almost ran me off the road on the freeway before the Cole exit. I used my horn to alert him and he couldn’t hear it because he was wearing headphones while driving on the freeway. License plate # KL 1003 this was at 310pm on 5/28/19

This is related only to firewood sales. I think they work with an independent, though he wears an Emerald Lawns t-shirt. The delivery had to be rescheduled several times, and the final delivery came up short of a cord when measured. I doubt I'll use them again for firewood. The receptionist of the company was very nice and she bent over backwards with her customer service, so it wasn't all bad.

Absolutely crappy service. This company does a terrible job and could not be less customer oriented. Stay away unless you like your lawn burned and yellow
