Called about questions and the gentleman who answered seemed annoyed to talk to me as if I was an inconvenience. They didn't respond quickly and took a week before the removed a dead animal from an area where there was small children

It was a Sunday afternoon, so there's that, but I couldn't find anyone who could remove a sick or wounded kestrel from our neighborhood park.

Todd came out the same day and removed a squirrel from the exhaust above my cooktop. I had him put screens on the roof vents so this doesn't happen again. The squirrel was then released back into the neighborhood.
