I first contacted Custom Care after battling with ants and not winning. They answered all my questions and came up with a plan. Their staff are friendly and considerate.

Custom Care Pest Control earns 5 stars for being a caring company to its customers and to its employees. Brian does a great job at applying the pest control substance to our place (flood irrigation seems to bring pests with it). Brian is conscientious and friendly. And we have been pest free!

I just posted this review on our NextDoor app and wanted to share here, too! So impressed with the pest control company we hired last year! They never spray inside the house (which we love!), we have the same technician (Aaron) each time (who is wonderful with our kids and pets) and yesterday the owner drove in from Boise to do a quality check on our house. Amazing customer service!! We haven’t had a single earwig all year and they completely took care of our wasp problem. Highly recommend!!! Just had to share in case anyone is looking 🙂

My wife and I just moved to Star from Orange County, CA. We are in a new development, with construction going on around us, and noticed a number of spiders in and around our home. We had maintenance pest control at our home in CA, and we knew that we wanted it for our home in Star. I solicited a few estimates from local companies. Prices for the service were about the same, though one company recommended an initial treatment, a follow-up treatment 30 days later, and every two months from then on, for a total of 7 treatment in the first year, for a total annual cost of $880. They claimed that, since we lived close to the Boise River, we would really need extra protection from bugs and critters. In contrast, Phil from Custom Care recommended quarterly service, stating the they could always go to every other month if needed. I liked this approach better. I didn't feel like they were going for my pocketbook. Total annual cost the first year: $520. Aaron, the technician, contacted me right away and set up and appointment for the following week. He showed up as scheduled, explained his process, and went right to work. This included interior and exterior treatment, and he even set some mousetraps in the garage, saying that with the construction going on around us, this would be extra protection. I appreciated that. I look forward to having Custom Care Pest Services take care of our home.

Phil and Danny came to inspect for post powder beetle. I was sure I had it. Phil, the owner was very informative and it turned out to be odorous ants ...happy dance,,, thank you for your honesty.

Amazing service I never see a single pest after they come, they also take my cat and dog into account when spraying outside as well!!! Highly recommend using them in the future

Phil and his partner were fantastic, I appreciated the time they took to educate me on what they found during their inspection and what to expect going forward. I am SO happy I found these guys!!! I ran into a nest of swarming carpenter ants and called up a local pest control company that was a different company. I was told they were termites, and it would be $300 just to send a technician out. I was a little uncertain, and after looking at pictures online, felt like I should call a couple other places. Two other companies looked at the photos I took and said they were carpenter ants. Custom care explained that what I found was likely the nest. They came out the same day, the technician even brought me a coffee from Dutch brothers, because he was stopping on his way, and I jokingly said get me one too. These guys were reasonable, honest, and took care of business. I’ve found a pest control company for life.

Paul is awesome. I actually forgot our appointment today and he braved our vicious golden retriever and secured him safely in the garage while he did our service. I always appreciate the quick job well done. Rarely see those spiders in or near the house or patio like I used to. But the beneficial spiders in my garden are still around.

5 star service all around. We had a few mice in the house. Janet took our call at the office and got us scheduled with Paul the next day. She even gave us a quote over the phone. Paul showed up and provided excellent service. He even took the time to greet the dog. He was professional and courteous. Great experience all around.
