I have been using Best Pest Control for many years, like around 10ish. They have always been responsive, courteous, and they get the job done!

They did a great job for us and they stand behind their work. Thank you Best Pest Control!

This is my second review of Best Pest Control. I can't express enough how outstanding this company is and am so happy I found them. Nick's understanding and dedication is evident in the services he provides. It's such a comfort knowing how dependable this company is. Their customer service is top notch! Eli and Mia came out and as always did a thorough job. Their work ethics are a step above the rest. Don't waste your money on those other big fast talking, selling pest companies that are ineffective. Since I have been using Best Pest there has been no...nada..unwanted guests. Their name says it all...BEST. You guys are amazing! Thank you again.

I signed a year contract with Barrier Pest because I was told it was their policy in order to get the introductory price of $49. After the first treatment I had them come back because we still had a problem. After the re-call treatment we still had some problems but I didn't want to be "that customer". For my second treatment I explained to the reception staff that I had a mouse (in the house) problem. The tech didn't seem to be aware of that and said he "really didn't have a good solution" but could leave some small bait traps in the house as well as outside the house. Then left me with 2 "snap traps" and wished me luck. So... after buying a bunch more snap traps on Amazon and proceeding to kill a dozen or more mice under my sink, I called another company to come out who did a thurough inspection both in, out and under the house that came up with an extermination plan that solved my problem. This company also informed me that bait traps do poison the mice but the mice continue to leave their scent for a few days before dieing hence attracting more mice making the problem worse. I called Barrier and canceled my contract with them and they billed me a cancelation fee along with with the 2nd service fee... total being $332. No one asked why I canceled or checked to see if they could resolve the issue in some way. I would not recomend them at all.

Best Pest stopped by and the two gentlemen arrived at the stated time and did an excellent job. Even when I forgot to move something for them to access the crawlspace! I came home from work and we are already seeing the product work. Thank you!!!

Jon is ALWAYS FANTASTIC!! I just love him! He will do whatever I ask him to do and won’t do whatever I don’t want him to do. He doesn’t pressure me & he texts me when he’s on his way to my house, which is very very helpful. At our old house we used TruGreen, and they gave us very short notice before they would show up. I like Best Pest much better, because we get plenty of notice before the day they are coming, plus, as mentioned, Jon texts me when he’s on his way! 😃

Best service around! Best pest has been taking care of our home since we moved in, and we noticed our ant problem disappeared overnight! They have kept us updated with service reminders and the technicians have been very polite and thorough. Our most recent technician serviced our house while I was watching my babies and they reassured me that their products are child and pet safe so I would not need to worry about the kiddos. Highly recommend!

Great pest company! Outstanding service and customer service. techs always notify me 30 mins before they arrive and do a wonderful job. They are great at addressing my pest concerns and use pet safe products.

Avoid this place at all cost!! They will send you to collections without sending a bill. For work that wasn’t even performed!! I used them for about 1 year with no problems until I went to cancel. I cancelled a seasonal service and the guy showed up and I again told him I didn’t want the service. All fine. 3 years later I get a debt from a collection agency for $95….! The same day I receive a text reminder from Best Pest that a bill is owed. There were no multiple attempts to collect. Period. The service was not done. This was explained to Joseph in 2019. After 2019, I assumed the business figured it out. Apparently not. 1,216 days later I receive an email/text from Best Pest stating $95 is due. I call to clear it up again stating what I did from 2019 and your new person said there is nothing they can do as its already in collections. Before responding to a review you might collect all the information. Calling the office 2-3 times did absolutely nothing.

Apparently the owner of this company has been sending me invoices for the past four years that I never received. The service was done in September 2019 and they decide now to send the hundred dollar bill to collections. September 2019 was the beginning of the pandemic. What were these people doing at my home when we were all told to stay home I have no proof that they came. In fact I know they didn’t come but yet the owner of the company is demanding that I pay and now they’re taking me to collections for a bill that is almost 4 years old. Obviously these people are in financial peril and the reason is is because rather than working with me, and helping me understand why I am hearing from this company now from a job that was done four years ago during the height of the Covid pandemic. If they would’ve told me to forget it, and here is the name and number of our business we would really appreciate you using us with your new home. I probably would’ve done so. They were rude inconsiderate and sent the bill to collections rather than even trying to work it out with me. I have no proof of a contract that I signed. I have no idea if they were at my home when they said they were and finally today I did speak to Nick and he was rude and he hung up on me and he told me that my credit was going to suffer. Very very upsetting and there’s no way this business will succeed and I will make sure that if anybody ever asked me that this company will be last in fact, they won’t even be on my list.

I've used these guys for like 15 years! They're awesome, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend to everyone!

Jon was our tech and, in addition to removing our pests, he was extremely personable and thorough in his evaluation and explanation of the problem and its resolution. Elite Systems will always use Best Pest!!

Best pest is definitely number one in my books. I am set up for quarterly visits. This is the third company I tried and they far exceeded any other pest control service. They are kind and very professional. I have animals and the product they use is safe for my cats and my dog. I am so grateful I don't have to deal with ants or spiders or bees any more. Shout-out to "John" and "Wayne" for being so attentive to our family's needs and always being there to answer any questions I have.

The guys at Best Pest Control are awesome! They are very thorough and provide excellent service. We had a wasp problem in our backyard and they came out a second time and did a detailed walk of our property and densely sprayed our retaining wall and street signs (filled with nests) that lined our backyard. I could not be more pleased with their service and am happy to refer them to whomever may be in need of pest control. You won't go wrong with Best Pest Control!

Great service! I haven't seen a bug, spider, or wasp in months! Plus the techs listen and really take your needs into consideration! Update: I have nothing but great things to say about these guys! While inspecting for mice they found a leak in my crawlspace saving me from thousands of dollars in damage!!

After catching a few mice in traps, we called Best Pest Control to come seal up our house. My parents used them last year and were very happy with them. They had us on the schedule in 2 days, even though it was Thanksgiving week. John came out today right on time, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and found the point of entry. He sealed it up and placed traps around the basement. He chatted with us afterwards, answering all of our questions and giving us some helpful tips. If you're having critter issues, I couldn't recommend these guys more.

We switched to Best Pest after Crazy Frog got bought by Terminix and the service went downhill. Let me start by saying, talking to Joe on the phone was amazingly pleasant. He went out of the way to educate, not just rush a sale and move on. The actual service was way more thorough than any other pest control place I've experienced. They were willing to move things like the furniture and even refrigerators to get those dark nesting spots. They sprayed the typical floor area but also along the ceiling and paid extra attention to the window frames. We haven't seen a single spider inside the house for well over a month, and even with Crazy Frog, who we liked, there were always a few crawling around. Lastly, this is a veteran-owned independent business which, as a 10-year vet myself, is just icing on the cake. Thanks again! I look forward to the continued excellent service!
