Terrible office staff and applicators. When communicating initially to find out about their company, they misrepresented themselves and the costs. I found out after agreeing to go with them. $55 a month for interior and exterior applications quarterly. Plus a 1 time fee of $500. They also claim that they do subterranean termite control with the spray. I found out afterwards that it is another complete method to control subterranean termites. Update: still bug free!!! After the first unprofessional co I hired, I never thought I’d be rid of them! And then I found McDonald’s! I can actually sleep w/the TV off! Highly recommend. We had been experiencing a problem with exterior ants and umbrella wasps. Spoke with Chris while he was working at a trusted neighbor's home. He took the time to explain why we weren't having any luck with over the counter products, and was able to treat both issues right then. The ants and wasps are gone and have not returned. He was able to do in an hour, what seemed like an endless process for me. The initial treatment included a follow up. Will definitely be continuing with
