Excellent pest control company! Service representative goes over and above to ensure we have no issues. The office staff is responsive and easy to work with. We have utilized this company for several years and highly recommend for pest control maintenance.

I just have to say I have never felt so pleased to find this company , I called and googled over 20 plus companies and Thank GOD I found this one , I inquired for an inspection at 8 in the morning and by noon Glenn ( who is a saint ) came and is the nicest person , did not try and sell me anything I did not need, explained ALL my questions and listened to all my concerns , If and when I need or anyone I know needs pest control service will using this company , I am sorry did not get the lady who scheduled the appointment but thank you for understanding my panic and being so thoughtful . More than 5 stars for sure !!

Update: still bug free!!! After the first unprofessional co I hired, I never thought I’d be rid of them! And then I found McDonald’s! I can actually sleep w/the TV off! God bless you all!I finally have peace of mind again!!! I needed McDonald’s service again, due to no fault of their’s! And they did not disappoint! I have not seen a bug in a few months, my nightmares have finally stopped, and I am so very grateful! Not only are their skills top notch, their office staff are extremely kind and compassionate, and professional, they really care! I highly recommend them! If you want to pay once and never have to have a follow up, that’s your company! Thank you guys soooo much! Especially Glenn and the awesome lady in the office from PA, Dawn, I think, I hope! Sorry, It’s my chemo brain. Seriously hire these people if you want your bugs gone for good!! 👍👌👏🤗

My entire family uses McDonald's pest control for years and have absolutely no complaints. Their customer service is impeccable and they are always extremely kind and understanding.

They were doing my regular spraying every 3 months. The last times they were telling me that only outside was enough and no need to spray inside the house unless there were issues. So I was letting it go even though I always preferred my house to get sprayed inside and outside. Since the last spray at the very end of Novemebr, I had 3 incidents already inside my house. I called them cause the tech said I have as many calls as I need in between sprays and if I have issues they will come. They came once, called for the 2nd and 3rd incident, now the manager called me and said that I only have coverage for outside of my house, not inside. If i want inside I will have to pay $10 more for each spray which they never told me that. And my next spray is due at the end of February. More than a month away and she was already telling me that I am due for the next spraying anyway. Obviously their spraying and poison are not working properly and they are trying to charge me more for inside and trying to get away with coming to spray inside again, when obviously their product is not working. They sprayed the kitchen and more insects keep appearing in the kicthen. They just lost me as a customer.

Left my contact info about an evaluation and starting service. Absolutely no call back. Totally unresponsive.

I’ve used them for years but service is not good any longer. You have to pay very close attention to bills as you will be charged erroneously. They seem to be interested in solving issues but all of a sudden just stop returning calls and have no interest in retaining a customer of 15 years. Moving on..

I should not have to feel like you are doing me a favor when I want to pay for a service. Get a better customer service rep that answers your phones professionally.
