Eagle has been a fantastic service. I love the many ways they try to engage with their customers and educate us about our lawn and what to expect due to current conditions. Our lawn was flooded in hurricane helene but Eagle got it back to looking great in no time. We didn’t lose any of our palms and lots of other people did. Would not recommend. I reached out for service on 3/6, it's now 3/26, and no one has showed up. I called the office twice, and the receptionist was very nice. The technician said that they completed the service, but I was home all day, and we have several camera's on the property, so we know he did not show up. While the receptionist was very nice and professional I don't want to have to call every week to ask if you if you want my business.

These guys do a great job. Very friendly and responsive. My lawn looks great. Have been with Eagle 8+ years and as long as I have a lawn these will be my guys. Also in the 8 years have had only one price increase which I think was only $1 a month

Very sketchy co who shows up when you tell them not to and then tries to charge you for service. They have a pattern of doing this so I'm sure I'm not the only one. The owner, Justin, is also a phone bully. Instead of saying sorry we made a mistake, he threatened me with a collection agency for a $70 service I told them not to perform. Very sketchy and untrustworthy company. I would give Justin a -10 on business integrity and plain old honesty if I could.

We have used Eagle Lawn Care services for several years. Our yard has never looked better. They are fast to identify problem areas and recommend options to treat the problems. The technical always calls before the visit to see if I have noticed any problems.

Eagle did a very nice job on replacing grass and refurbishing street appeal. Very good work, good results, took my suggestions and made it all happen in a timely manner. Reasonable price too.

We initially had a positive experience with Eagle Lawn Care, and our lawn was okay during the early part of their service. Unfortunately, after about a year, the quality and effectiveness of their treatments declined significantly. Despite routine insecticide applications, our lawn began suffering severe damage caused by mole crickets and army worms. We reported the issue and requested a service call, but the technician failed to correctly diagnose the problem, stating it was a seasonal disease. This diagnosis was inaccurate. Two other lawn care companies independently confirmed that the damage was caused by crickets, and the evidence was clear—we could hear crickets during the day and found multiple dead ones on our driveway. We gave Eagle Lawn Care the opportunity to remedy the situation but never received a response from the company. While no service provider is perfect, what truly sets a company apart is its customer service, accountability, and problem-solving. Unfortunately, Eagle Lawn Care demonstrated deficiencies in all three areas. Based on our experience, we would not recommend their services.

Subject: Property Destruction and Financial Impact Due to Eagle Lawn Care & Pesta Control Negligence I am writing this review to express my outrage and extreme disappointment with the services provided by Eagle Lawn Care & Pest Control. The negligence of their team resulted in the complete destruction of our lawn. I have attached before and after photos so that the extent of the damage is undeniable. This damage is so severe that it has directly compromised the sale process of our home. Curb appeal is crucial when selling a property, and our front yard is now a major deterrent for potential buyers, causing us immense psychological stress and financial losses. Eagle Lawn Care & Pest Control eventually came out and offered a few small grass plugs as a "solution," which is completely inadequate for the massive size of the existing damage. Furthermore, they delayed necessary remediation, specifically the nitrogen application, claiming they had to wait until October. As a consumer, I have the right to expect professional service and the right to protection against property damage caused by negligence. Eagle Lawn Care & Pest Control has shown a total disregard for these rights, now refusing to respond to my messages or offer a fair solution or compensation for the loss. By quickly searching your reviews on Google, I noticed that this is not an isolated incident. I have already read at least couple others similar cases of customers whose properties were damaged. This demonstrates an unacceptable pattern of lack of care and responsibility. I strongly advise that other consumers avoid Eagle a lawn Care & Pest Control services if they value their property and peace of mind. The lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling.

Mother nature can be extremely challenging. We met with you many times in spring and summer to dicuss the issues on the lawn from scorched conditions.<br>We did install hundreds of plugs to help with the impact, which are not shown on your picture.<br>Nitrogen applications are banned in Pinellas County June 1st-Sep 30th, so we do follow the law.<br>We have invested half a dozen visits to disuss this in the past 5 months and have not billed you. <br>We are sorry that you still do not understand the cause of the problem, but it was not brought on by negligence or our products.
BUYER BEWARE!! I would be really careful with this company. I put in $5K worth of sod and as of June it was looking perfect. Starting in July fungus and weeds were ramped and I was eventually told they couldn't fix it and that I needed to resod it. Now I'm paying $1K to get this huge patch resodded. THEY TAKE ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!! Also the guy leading their operations team - Justin told me he would come out personally to ensure things were progressing. That never happened and never returned my phone calls.

As we discussed, summer fungus can be challenging here in Florida, and unfortunately, recovery does take time. The good news is that the lawn was starting to show signs of improvement.<br><br>Fertilizer season has just begun, and your lawn went nearly four months without fertilizer due to the nitrogen ban, which also slowed recovery. Unfortunately things keep moving in the wrong direction. Senior tech never messaged me as promised and no improvements or emails since talking to someone from the office on the phone despite their words and promises. Very disappointed and will need to file chargebacks and maybe go to court to recover costs to repair my lawn. What a disaster. Another summer of growth potential ruined because I chose the wrong company. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed! I have lived in Florida since 1980 and always had nice Saint Augustine grass. I never had a service Except for Eagle. All my neighbors yards look good some with a Service and some without. I laid all new sod this spring and it looked beautiful until I had Eagle service it. It looks like it might have chinch bugs. I tried to send the owner photos, but no email or cell phone. Also, not sure I can upload photos here on review. I have given Eagle since June to correct it. Initially, told me it was white flies. I wanted to upload photos to show how bad it looks. It is pretty much all dead. I feel bad writing a bad review, but it’s a total waste of money. I normally only write good reviews because it’s people‘s business and jobs. But, I was very disappointed in their lack of customer service and knowledgeable. The manager made no attempt to want to see pictures or come out to see the lawn. He only provided incorrect excuses with no assistance. Oh my, I just saw their most recent review after I posted this. So apparently, it’s an ongoing problem with Justin the manager just blowing customers off and making up false reasons. They need to hire people who know what they’re doing, and the owner should absolutely provide a solution. I’m not in the Lawn business and I knew it was cinch bugs. Wish I could’ve given them no stars!

Edit: In response to Eagle Lawn Care The diagnosis is incorrect especially when you could clearly see chinch bugs and mole crickets in our lawn. We hired a proper company that actually did an in-depth diagnosis and not a manager that makes up a diagnosis over the phone without ever coming to see the lawn. They very quickly ruled out Take-All Root Rot but did find an additional pest (sod webworm) that Eagle failed to identify and treat. If you look at the negative reviews, you'll see that this company almost always responds with the same diagnosis to try to cover themselves. They also said they did their best to help and I'll let the before and after pictures speak for themselves. That's their "best". ------------------------------------- I trusted this company to take care of my lawn, and the results were a complete disaster. Due to their negligence, my yard became infested with chinch bugs and mole crickets—issues they failed to identify or treat in time, resulting in irreversible damage. What was once a healthy lawn is now patchy, dead, and beyond repair. Despite multiple calls and concerns, Justin (the manager) offered no real solution and took no accountability. He insisted our soil was the problem—despite never seeing it himself or conducting a soil test. I pointed out chinch bugs crawling in plain sight to one of their lead techs that came out last month, who admitted the infestation had clearly been going on for a while and should have been caught long before. His words: "You’re infested." I also showed him photos of the mole crickets we kept finding. I called to point out the initial problems with our grass back in February which is when I noticed the first signs of mole crickets. There was plenty of time for them to get my yard under control but they failed to do so. It’s crazy that a customer needs to call to point out issues and then it doesn’t even get fixed. You might be tempted by their cheap pricing—but trust me, you’ll end up paying much more when you're forced to replace your entire lawn. Look elsewhere.

Camera’s do not lie, although they argue and say they do, when I called to cancel. I have footage of them arriving and sitting in the van for 2 mins, then getting out and pulling out the hose and walking to one side in the front yard. Then went back and reeled it back in, put the plastic sign in the lawn, and went to the front door with the bill. All less than 2 mins. In total 4 minutes from the time they parked out front and left. Everything is recorded with time etc. They argue that camera’s do lie and they did the work. Also no heads up that they were coming. I saw a similar service from them the previous month. The company i had previously for 6 years, and that I loved, had my garden lush and weed free, but they sold the business. I have had Eagle for a several months now, and my lawn has deteriorated badly. Weeds exploding in the front and back yard, and getting worse by the day. I saw a huge dead area appear out front, he didnt even look at it, let alone the weeds. Never walked in that area or the rest of the yard. I first called Tony to cancel and he started screaming and shouting me down, and saying camera’s do lie, and he did the work, would not let me get a word in. Very rude and unprofessional. I then called the office, and she said they work fast and there are two of them. If there were two, only one came out the van. After back and forth, I said please just cancel. I can quite easily say it’s the worst service I have had. Attached a picture of the grass dying out front. This is new. It looks dry, but its not, it’s dying. We have had a lot of rain, it’s been raining daily.

I've had Eagle Lawn Care for many years. I confronted Eagle one month ago and advised my lawn has a fungus or something is destroying my lawn. I was told there must be a problem with my sprinklers. There is nothing wrong with my sprinklers. I recommended you to a friend who eventually had to take you to court for the same type of damage to newly installed sod. He won! You had to install plugs! You're company is not even documenting the dead spots on your treatment sheets for action! Absolutely disgusted with Eagle! If you were properly checking and monitoring my lawn you would be investigating the cause and treating the issue i.e fungus? Chinch bugs? It's not a watering problem with all this rain we've had!

Unfortunately fungus & take all root rot are conditions that can cause damage to turf this time of year. Lawns are susceptible to these problems after extended periods of stress.<br>(This Spring going into summer had extreme temps with little rainfall)<br>Watering restrictions and improper coverage leave turf wide open to take all root rot.<br><br>The situation with the plugs was our choice for this customer, out of goodwill. We are not perfect, but we try and communicate with our customers and remedy problems with knowledge and nitrogen once restrictions are lifted. Carry on.
Hired these guys in March for lawn care and pest control. 4 months later we have dead spots all over the lawn and ants in the house. Called them with concerns they don't call back. Called second time for the ants in the house...no call back. They overcharge and double bill and say "oops" Literally did NOTHING right. I don't think they have any idea what they are doing. How do you leave negative star review?
