He is very good at finding the problem and eliminating the tap dancing in the roof at night. I was shocked to see the camera footage of all the mice! Highly recommended to solve those rodent problems. Update 12/2025- I used Martin’s Pest Services for lawn spraying so I can get rid of weeds that took over my lawn. It’s only been a short time since the initial application and I can see the weeds dying without burning the grass that I want! I’m really happy to use him and I’m looking forward to starting pest services with him soon.

Joe is so knowledgeable and clearly explains what he will do to find solutions. He responds personally and works tirelessly to take care of your issue. I had another exterminator, and he retired. After 8 years of working with him, I was apprehensive of choosing another. My neighbor recommended Joe and he has helped me with all my exterminating needs. I highly recommend him and you will be very happy.

If you're going to use chemicals on (A) a large property or (B) in a residential neighborhood, you need to provide a proper, visible warning—not just a small, hidden sign that doubles as an advertisement for your business. How is anyone supposed to know when the chemicals have dried if there's no time stamp or safety information? Your tiny sign isn't even within eyesight until it's already too late. As a business, you seriously need to do better.

Today Austin from Martins came to inspect my yard for suspected chinch bugs. He was on time and polite. Not only did he confirm that there were no chinch bugs, but he also identified the actual issue causing the problem (sprinkler) which had nothing to do with pest control. Martins followed up promptly, providing me with contact information for an outside specialist who can assist with my sprinklers. I appreciate honest companies. Would recommend Martins to others and will be hiring them for any pest needs in the future.

Had an appointment for 10:00 on Friday, august 30. They never showed up, no phone call, nothing. Very disappointed.

Missed two appointments for my first quote on the same day with no phone call to advise of any issues/running late, etc. I called an hour after the first appointment time and was told it was a miscommunication and the tech would be out later (2pm). 2pm came and went with no phone call again. Seems to be some scheduling/dependability issues here.

Highly recommend. Austin recently investigated our occasional loud thumping noises to see if he saw evidence of critters in the attic or possible points of entry. He saw nothing inside or out, but suggested putting cameras in the attic, just in case it wasn't expansion noises in the new flat roof. We declined, but really appreciate the 2 hours spent looking, which Martins didn't even charge for.

Dan Martin and his team has been taking wonderful care of my lawn and home for decades. He has helped time and again with moles, squirrels getting where they don't belong and countless lawn bugs, etc. I would recommend completely. Unfortunately, I hired Martin's to service my newly laid sod last year. In less than 8 months my new sod is dead and additional areas of my lawn were also affected. When I contacted the owner of Martin's to ask how they can help fix the problem, he said it was my fault because I did not call them about the issue and there was nothing they can do. This is untrue, I did call for a free service call, their technician came out once sprayed and never did a follow up. In my opinion, Martin's team is supposed to be the experts on lawn care, which is why I hired them. If they were providing the quality of service, I hired them to do, my lawn would not be dead. This issue did not happen overnight, which is why I am blown away that Martin's feels this is my fault. I was paying this company to prevent this from happening, instead, they just did their standard visits and never bothered to follow up when the technicians saw the issue arise. Again, I called between their normal visits, which I thought would alert them there was a problem, but no. I would not recommend this company to anyone, it going to cost you more in the long run.

Until today, we were loyal customers of Martin's for quite a while. We were stood by up our tech Yvonne three times in the last two days, and the office never so much as called us to warn us or explain. I had to call their office multiple times after each time we were stood up (once Tuesday morning 9/15, once Tuesday afternoon 9/15, and again Wednesday afternoon 9/16). Kristen in the office did say "sorry," and after the second stand up, she offered the service at no-cost. That would have been a perfect remedy, except that then Yvonne didn't show up again and Kristen didn't even bother to call with an update. I had to call her twice. Her excuse was she couldn't get in touch with the tech. When I told her this was unprofessional and unacceptable, she said "it's human nature." "Human nature" to ignore and stand up your clients three times in a row. I had to take a total of 2 hours away from work to wait for a tech who never showed, and Martins couldn't even be bothered to give me a phone call or a proper apology. I'm appalled. This is not the Martin's Pest Control we knew and loved. I told Kristen that, and told her we'd have to find someone else to service our home, and all she said was "okay." When asked if that was her answer to such poor customer service, she said she didn't have an answer. I told her in that case, we'd be forced to leave a poor review about this experience and we were told "that's however you need to feel." Bottom line, this was an truly awful experience customer-service wise. We are so disappointed to severe a relationship with a small local business, but we will not accept being treated this way, especially after being loyal paying customers for a while. If you're looking for a pest control company in the area, I highly recommend ANYONE other than Martin's.

The actual technicians are amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind. The office staff, however, are terrible. They do not return voicemails, communicate nothing to the technician of what is needed, and do not follow up. It’s unfortunate that the technicians will ultimately lose business due to the office staff.
