I have been advised by the company owner to not reveal the name of the person they sent to my home however that person was the only person alone in our house since the start of the pandemic. I pay $80 a month and several thousand dollars to have my attic remediated from the rodent issue I came to them about about a year and a half ago and I am stuck exactly where I first was when I came to them initially, literally nothing has changed. I wish I could give them -5 stars. I keep being assured by my mother who is the patron, and customer service who has left a message but nothing gets done. Due to this companies negligence my dog got out n was ripped to shreds by the neighbor's dog BC he didn't shut the gate. Well so they started a policy to notify the customer when they leave and make sure the gate is closed. Just 2 weeks ago he left the gate open again.....
