After 1 year of pest control service, still has bugs and now…spiders. The owner came out to tell me what “should have been done on first visit. No apology but offered to start again and do it right this time! One wasted year. BEWARE!

George is the greatest! We own a tavern on the beach in Florida and never saw a roach. he also does our house and it is and has been for the last 12 years bug free....IN FLORIDA! Use him and you won't be sorry.

Been using this company for many years. My mother previously used them and I decided too as well after she passed. I was late on one payment. Communicated with them about my issue. Paid it. And service resumed. The next service was scheduled and when the tech arrived. He had something to say about my late payment. I was shocked. Why is a tech confronting me about 1 late payment. After it was paid. What was the point other than to belittle me? Anyways he sprayed the inside and claimed to have sprayed the outside. After he went to the truck and returned with my receipt. He stood there like he was waiting for a tip. It made me feel so awkward I called the office and paid my bill while he was still outside. The result of the service? More bugs than before he came. I swear I think he fed the roaches. Anyways I went and purchased bait traps and gels bait. And within a week the roaches are gone. 40 dollars at home depot will do you better than this service.

Was very impressed with Todd and Buggin Out pest control. He was very thorough and explained things so we could understand. Never pressured us to do more than needed. Had 3 other estimates and as soon as he walked out the door after the estimate, the owner of the house said that she liked and trusted him the most

We were having an annoying invasion of ants in our kitchen. Todd from Buggin Out put some magic potion in the kitchen and those pesky bugs started disappearing within one day. Thank you Todd!!

I just wanted to say that over the 20 years that Buggin Out has been servicing us we have to say they are the best! Unfortunately we are moving out of the area. They are professional in contacting the customer before they come out, their prices have hardly gone up (once by $3) in 20+ years which today is unheard of. I can't say enough great things about them and Tammy has been great to deal with all these years. Good luck in the future and keep running your business the way customers should all deserve. All the years bugging out has been servicing my home I haven't seen one incect in my home.

Ive been using bill with this company and he has been going above and beyond. I saw him today dusting the house and the pool cage for spider webbs. This is a bug company not a cleaning company yet bill cleaned my whole cage of spiderwebbs and dust! Thank you bill! Yall are the best!

Got swarmed days after moving in. The guys showed up promptly, pitted, treated and followed up every 90 days. I never saw a termite again. Thanks to Tammy and the rest of the staff.

I have had bugging out for 11 years. They have always done good work. However, Jonathan, who has the Largo area is absolutely the best. Not only is he polite, kind, he goes above and beyond. I have watched all of the employees come to my home in the past and Jonathan by far is the absolute best best best I highly recommend this company. If you have any problems at all, you just call and they will come out rather it be ghost ants around the sink or any other problem. My neighbors have different companies, and from what I can see and have witnessed inside their homes no one can compare to bugging out. I paid $200 per year and don’t have to worry about any bills or anything.

Bill took extra time educating me about the issue. Took extra care to make sure areas were treated and that I knew what was going on. Excellent representation of the company.

The nicest people I know. They all have helped us and got rid of pests and only spray under trailer for wild bugs now. Since I see few lizards now, it means spray used works, there are no bugs for my lizard friends to eat!! You gotta love it!!

Charges alot, spray on lower borders of home and baseboard tells you to wait 2 months for ants to disappear, I had more ants after the initial spray! I think the ants like the organic spray... Never again
