Today I was at a house that I was working at when a giant spider came from nowhere. I am terribly scared of spiders and wasnt sure how I was going to handle this massive spider, when a vehicle pulled into my driveway. I ran out the front door and told guy there was a HUGE spider on the kitchen wall. He was calm cool and collected came in, took his shoe off and smushed the giant spider. Then he wrapped it in paper towel and took it with him because he saw the fear in me. I am so very thankful. He honestly saved the day. Kyle absolutely deserves a raise, besides this one huge spider the company is absolutely amazing.

Very thorough and pleasant

I don’t want to give it three stars but they send out someone that was pretty much inexperience. Yes, it was the last minute and I really appreciate it, but I had bees in my door. I live with my grandmother in a mobile home park and there was bees inside the door. They did kill the bees, but everything leaked out the next day all over the steps we had to purchase over $40 of carpet to cover the steps and my grandma is on a tight budget but somehow we got it. On the steps, a lot of mess a lot of the chemicals etc but I did appreciate the last minute that they came out. The door looks messy, but we can paint over it. I think the guy should at least offered us the $40 back over the carpet that we had to pay for the steps. It was a mess.
