These guys were awesome! The young man they sent was very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, polite, & they got right out to me quickly. They rapidly resolved our issue and focused on key areas, answered our questions, provided solutions and suggestions to prevent the problem from re-occuring, and were very reasonably priced when I shopped around and compared them to other exterminators. My father also used them too before he passed. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest control without question.

Great place to p/u all your pest solutions. 06/03/24 stopped by the store and it's locked up and says leak detection now. So he must have closed down! He caught that I was looking at his store info online and got in touch with me. He closed down the store front, but still does home pest control. He however doesn't do termite service FYI.

After several years of paying several companies thousands of dollars in total - finally I learned of Doug. It's a silly name for a company, but make no mistake this company is the top in their class. Came out every day to retrieve the trapped vermin, did the exclusion work (so they would no longer be able to enter, it was via the roof air vent). I am so very thankful this guy was recommended to us. Never again will I have to deal with the frustration of paying for services not rendered.

This company is great. Helped my mother in law with German roaches, and now service my place. They dont put you on any bs annual subscriptions, and their service/chemicals are much better. Had another company that would come out and Id see roaches the same week. However, when Doug the Bug comes out they are GONE for months and months on end. I called him last week and told him I’d like to schedule a maintenance service and he told me I could probably make it another three months on my previous service- that’s honesty. The tech was very friendly and efficient and good with my pets. A++ for this company and I almost never leave reviews.

I would love to leave just two words for these guys for their impeccable customer service as well as their insightful and informative information. Absolute experts. They saved us HUNDREDS of dollars of bug control contracts by recommending a particular product to control insects. Since spraying the perimeter of our house and shed we haven’t had any issues with ants or American Cockroaches. I would confidently recommend these guys to anyone.
