I recently had a positive experience with Tri-State Pest Management. Gio, the technician who assisted us, was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend him and would like to request his services specifically for our future services. Unprofessional and unreliable. We selected this company based off of reviews, however, we cannot recommend them. We called them when wasps infiltrated our basement and alerted them that we were dealing with a swarm situation. Unfortunately, they were unable to get somebody out for a couple days. They took down our information phone number and asked us to keep the hours between 9 and 11 AM open for the Agent to come. when they never showed up, I called the company only to find out that they had no scheduled appointment for us and no availability to get somebody out to us. I cannot recommend this company in good faith.

Horrible customer service over the phone... Never will use or recommend

Management's customer service is unprofessional in the way they handle customers' questions, requests and complaints. I have used them in the past and am not sure why a company would treat someone this way. It was too much in asking for a courtesy call to inform me a technician was on his way. Other companies do this so you have time to be home in case you are at the store or briefly away from the home. They do this by a text message with the technician's name and picture. This would be helpful in the future for customers. Because I have asked for this in the past several times, they decided that I am no longer a customer of theirs. Extremely unprofessional.

After some misunderstanding regarding services and contracts after sale of the property, and after posting a review in that regard, they were quick to proactively reach out to resolve. Their resolve was completely fair. I believe they also put some changes in effect to ensure these types of issues don't recur to others. So, with this correction and proactive support, I'd recommend them for their treatment effectiveness (they're pretty good at it!) and good customer relations and support.
