Do not use this exterminating company for termites. They have not solved the problem for me. And my 2 neighbors that are attached. run. They never call you back, go to another company. And they never show up when they tell you, they're going to come . I was told by the operator that mark would call me back. Never heard from him. All they keep telling us is that they have a plan, but we've never seen the plan. And nobody has even come to tell us what the plan is going to be.run!

Thanks for the hit and run on Main St in norristown. I have your plastic bits from your mirror you left in the road. Hope your work isn’t as bad as your driving hitting a parked car while there inside then driving off.

Mark has been servicing our home for many years and we couldnt say enough great things about him and his company. Hes always timely, flexible and affordable. Hes always there when needed with keeping our home with 4 kids pest free.

I’m leaving this review as Mr. Lewis is & has been extremely professional since taking over as my quarterly service exterminator in June 2025. After my previous service technician moved to another company after years of great service I was definitely going to find a new exterminator due to the terrible coordination of service. If not for Mr. Lewis’s professionalism & sincere interaction with me & my family I would have changed exterminator’s in June. Paramount has not properly scheduled my appointments for the last 2 years. I just have people show up, which as anyone can imagine is extremely challenging as the lack of coordination results in me paying for just the outside of my home being treated if no one is home when they randomly show up. To Mr. Lewis manager, he saved you a customer & should be commended for his customer service!!!

He was very friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. Any questions I had he answered right away. He was quick and professional at the same time. 10/10, will ask for him again

Daequine with the team at Branch 107 is an excellent service professional. We have two challenging pest issues and he takes the time to thorotreat for them. He also has implemented creative proactive strategies to help between treatments. Very pleased with Home Paramount in northern Delaware!

Well at first they was good, but now when they come out and spray it doesn't do any good. I still see ants and roaches.

The worst ever.

The Worst! A totally incompetent company that does not do their job. They were supposed to do a thorough inspection and treat any areas that would be a threat for mice. They never bothered to check the attic. When my electrician was up there, he found mouse droppings in the attic. I called home paramount and said I needed someone out right away to go in the attic. I told them not to send their biggest person because it's a tight fit. They sent the big guy, and he showed up totally unprepared, without a ladder. He said "I can't go up there, I don't even have a ladder." This is after I cancelled my appointments for the day to be there. I asked him what he would do about it, and he said they would send someone else out. Weeks went by and no one even contacted me. I called back and there was no record of this. This is the kind of incompetent employees they hire. I cancelled the service.

They bought roaches in my house to keep my business! Its sad

If I were able to give 0 stars i would. Do not under any circumstance use home paramount for ANY pest control! Service was terrible! Person I talked to when I called I think her name was kristen. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never do business with them again. I went to orkin and was treated with respect and their service went above and beyond my expectations.

Rediculous policy of having people pay for services prior to having them actually rendered. Use somebody else.
