Horrible!! They missed termites on our home inspection report! We hired Lloyd Pest to do our home inspection report before buying our house in Carlsbad. They cleared it of termites and said there was minimal dry rot. When I called to have it fixed, the guy laughed and said "don't worry, just fix when you move in". Two weeks after we moved into it our house, we watched termites fall from our recessed lighting, located near the dry rot damage. They refused to admit that it was missed and said if
I would give 5 stars for the service itself. Chris is amazing and I wanted nothing more than for him to be my regular exterminator. Unfortunately the customer service by Donna, his wife, is very lacking. I always have to reach out first to get my service scheduled, I have had some no-call/no-shows, and most recently I got canceled on because of “rain” when there is no rain here. I had to text/call three times today to confirm the appt and then was told by Donna to find someone else. Very disapp
We had a horrible experience with bed bugs. Thank goodness we were connected with Chris of Ground Force Pest Control. He walked us through the process after completing an inspection. We received full service during the process. He encased our beds when the treatments were completed. I love that he took the time to show us how to inspect our luggage and how to return home free of these horrible hitchhikers. Chris now does our quarterly service. I had 2 services done at the same time. An inspection by Lamont went very well. Great guy, very knowledgeable and personable. No issues found. Next service was a treatment for ants. Ray is very pleasant, and again very knowledgeable about critters and how to get rid of them. We can always count on him to do a great service for us. I wasn’t aware our service included eliminating spider webs and as long as he’s been doing our service my abundant spider webs are disappearing. Thank you

I stopped service with another company due to their inability to identify a simple bug that I was having trouble with. Came across Ground Force and saw decent reviews so scheduled them for pest control. Chris came out and besides the normal pest spraying, he did so much value added pest service that I was astonished. This company is a small family run business, and is highly...highly recommended. Excellent services and very fair pricing for on-going pest control.
