David is a true professional. Quick to respond, on time, answered all my questions and explained the process clearly. Highly recommended. He’s been doing our inspections since our previous house (since 2020).

United Termite is very thorough with their inspections and where I needed damaged wood replacement, blends in perfectly. All the guys are friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. My next door neighbor "raises" termites and you watch their house disintegrate more each year. Thats why we went with an annual contract. First sign of activity and they reinspect and treat

I was referred to United Termite Control by a neighbor. I called the owner (David) who answered right away. He was professional and got an appointment set up for me immediately. An inspection was done and localized termite spraying was scheduled the same week. I’m relieved to know that the termites are gone. I will definitely call David for any future concerns.

I had the good fortune to be able to observe this crew do work on my neighbors house before contacting them for a bid. I was thoroughly impressed by their knowledge and attention to detail. I was equally impressed by their bid. The work they did for me was extensive and detailed and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations. After watching them work together, up close, am convinced that there is nothing that Kyle,Doug Nick and Don can’t repair and make perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any and all of your repair needs. If you choose to go with you won’t be disappointed.

David is the owner and will come out and see what needs to be done . He will show you the obvious,, obvious to him not to the untrained eyes like me ! I was very very happy with his analysis of where my termites are and what he did to rid me of them He also installed a nice screen inside My skirts air vents , long over due for me so I asked him if he could do this for me . David, the owner, did a complete home inspection. He showed me and explained everything that he found that needed repairing. We had a fixed price before he left our house which we view fair and acceptable. His crew arrived on time and finished the job right on schedule. Both of his crew members took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Their work was excellent including clean up. I had a broken tile on my roof which aloud for the rain to get down into the a couple of the rafters and cause wood rot, which was part of the repair quoted. They told me where I could a new tile and how to fix. Ten minutes after they left, they came back and installed a new tile on my roof. They remember that they had a left over tile in their truck. They did the tile repair for no charge. My wife and I are both very satisfied with their work and service.

Termite Inspection are a reality in So Cal. It really helps when you get a Termite Company who is honest and provides reasonable prices. This is true of United Termite.....over the years I have used this company and it's been a great experience (not that finding termites or wood rot is a great experience) but when that happens, you always hope they will handle the situation fairly. They also have to certify their work when selling a home, so you know everything is done and completed to keep the bugs or rot GONE! David and his crew did a great job and were efficient and kept the areas clean and hauled away the bad stuff......Thanks!

Yikes! Termites! Cavalry on the Way! Our termite/dry rot cavalry was United Termite Control. Here’s why. While tent fumigation was always an option, we did considerable research consulting second expert opinions and reputable sources to feel safe rejecting this option. Most importantly for us, United Termite Control’s inspector took us around our house, stopping to clearly point out areas that needed replacement and treatment. Obviously, cost is always a factor. After lengthy discussion of the scope of this treatment and repair, the inspector gave us a reasonable quote laying out the separate costs of treatment and repair. All treatment and repair were done by company personnel. Their guarantee program for future termite/dry rot problems was also straightforward and reasonable. Any sign of termite frass would be treated without cost during the first year of our contract. We would have the option, near the end of each year to purchase, for a reasonable amount and a contract covering the potential new appearance of termite activity or fungus for the following year. What was very gratifying was the company’s response to issues that came up and were handled with tact and care for both of us, the customer, and they, the contracting company. We trusted them and they came through with royal colors.

They painted without any paint cloth on the ground. As a result I found debris, chip paints, dried Bondos all over around the house. I asked them to clean up their meds but they didn’t. You reach the point where you want them to go away because of you are sick of wasting your time. They also painted the trim non-matching, darker shade paint. Railings they installed are not leveled and not plumbed. It’s like bearing a dead horse. I give them 3/5, 5 being the best.

Was very Happy with the service! I had a nightmare experience with orkin and was very reluctant about trusting another company to treat my home for termites. David the owner was very courteous and knowledgeable and made you feel very comfortable. His employees Armando, Kyle and Tyler were very professional hard working and really took the time to go over everything they were doing with you. Not only did they do what was on the inspection but Tyler went above and beyond and asked if he could put in a screw on my stairs outside that was coming loose! I will definitely use them again. Great service and reasonable pricing!

We recently purchased a home and had United Termite Control out to do an inspection. David was very professional and thorough. He was very detailed with his report and even took the time to walk us around our home and explain where the areas of concern are. We definitely recommend David and United Termite Control. Great service!!

2nd update: Repairs were done and look great. Wish that I didn’t have to go through a total of 3 inspections to get proper work done but in the end David was very professional and made things right. Update: David the owner reached out to me and came out himself and did a very detailed inspection. He caught even more damage than what the second company saw and provided a solid plan for repairs. This company was recommended to me from my broker for a termite inspection on a home I was buying. The seller didn’t give a termite clearance because I was buying as is. I got the recommended repairs completed but was extremely dissatisfied because there were still areas with obvious termite damage that were not repaired. There was an area that was listed in the report and the recommended work wasn’t done on it. A few weeks after the repairs and local treatments were completed, I had another company come inspect. I was informed that there was no evidence of local treatments being done (and I was quoted for this in my original estimate). There was also a ton more damage than what this company found, about double and it was pretty obvious because we were able to poke holes in areas with a screwdriver. Photos were taken after their inspection and after the new inspection. Most of this was not even reported by this company.

These guys were awesome. David the owner is very responsive and his pricing is fair. His guys were always in time and paid attention to every detail fixing the termite damage I had. Kyle was amazing and kept me updated everyday to their progress. I definitely recommend these guys.

Miguel is awesome, knowledgeable, great personality!! The attention to detail provided by him was impressive and his customer service skills are excellent. We are so happy we choose United Termite Control.

Terrible customer service

David at United Termite is excellent. I highly recommend David and United Termite Control. My background is 35 yrs as a mortgage banker and I have dealt with 1000's of termite inspection and repair companies all over the USA, with majority in So Cal. Termite companies create unnecessary problems in so many ways when needing to close a home purchase or refinance. David, was all about helping, he knows his trade exceptionally well. AND, a major point is, UNITED HAS THEIR OWN TEAM DO THE TERMITE REPAIRS as needed, without subcontracting out the work. Results are, less time for this required step in closing and costs savings to homeowner. David saved me two weeks, I did not have to tent my house as another termite company required. The treatment and work was done in two days, not two weeks waiting for sub contractor..

I’m not sure how there service is for repairs, but they gave me an estimate for $3200. I went with another company got the same repairs for $680.00

This was 2017, the owner of the house we purchased hired United for a tenting and replacement of damaged trim. Nothing but a bad experience with them. Subpar work and not replacing whatwas promised, David the owner was not responsive until threatened. Simple answer, just go elsewhere.

This company goes above and beyond expectations. We have used them for their commitment to effective and safe termite control going on 2 years now and appreciate their excellent staff and servicing!

I worked directly with the owner David and he walked me through the entire process of treating the termite infestation in my garage. He provided a termite inspection and estimate on the spot. The termite report was sent to me on the same day of the inspection. Thank goodness it was limited to the exterior door so tenting necessary. I was contacted immediately by Danielle in the office (she is great and has excellent customer service!) Once treating the area, they also provided the service of fixing the door jam and replacing all the wood that was damaged (and painted it too!). The crew was very friendly (Arni and Zac) and professional. We came into some issues however they completed the project with my full satisfaction. I would recommend United Termite Control to anyone looking for a termite company who is professional, polite, responsive and provides the best customer service I have seen in a long time! I was charged $450 for a 10 min service I spoke to the owner to ask if they had any new client specials or discounts afterwards due to the pandemic He went off on me and was extremely rude For whatever reason took it personal Extremely unprofessional individual and I won't recommend this company to anyone The owner , not the staff behaved like it made him.angry that I asked and went off These are tough times for all people and right now I would think a business owner would have some compassion and understanding An absolute jerk

We got quotes from 6 different companies and this one was the cheapest. David was super easy to work with and never made me feel like he was selling us. They were able to come tent our house within a few weeks of hiring them which was very convenient for us. I would definitely recommend United Termite to anyone looking to exterminate their home at a reasonable price.
