This team really does care about the services they provide, and they stand behind it. They did a great job while their competitors failed and quite frankly did not care.

I would give 5 stars for the service itself. Chris is amazing and I wanted nothing more than for him to be my regular exterminator. Unfortunately the customer service by Donna, his wife, is very lacking. I always have to reach out first to get my service scheduled, I have had some no-call/no-shows, and most recently I got canceled on because of “rain” when there is no rain here. I had to text/call three times today to confirm the appt and then was told by Donna to find someone else. Very disappointed.

I stopped service with another company due to their inability to identify a simple bug that I was having trouble with. Came across Ground Force and saw decent reviews so scheduled them for pest control. Chris came out and besides the normal pest spraying, he did so much value added pest service that I was astonished. This company is a small family run business, and is highly...highly recommended. Excellent services and very fair pricing for on-going pest control.

We had a horrible experience with bed bugs. Thank goodness we were connected with Chris of Ground Force Pest Control. He walked us through the process after completing an inspection. We received full service during the process. He encased our beds when the treatments were completed. I love that he took the time to show us how to inspect our luggage and how to return home free of these horrible hitchhikers. Chris now does our quarterly service. If you want top notched service this is the company for you!

I had some issues with spiders both black widows and brown widows. Ground force Pest Elimination came out the same day and I met with the owner Chris who talked with me about the best solution and the ongoing control that would help our property. I was amazed with the service and now I am spider free and I am glad we used this company for our pest issues. I recommend this company to anyone who wants great service, and their prices were reasonable.
