Lloyd Pest & Termite Control

Horrible!! They missed termites on our home inspection report! We hired Lloyd Pest to do our home inspection report before buying our house in Carlsbad. They cleared it of termites and said there was minimal dry rot. When I called to have it fixed, the guy laughed and said "don't worry, just fix when you move in". Two weeks after we moved into it our house, we watched termites fall from our recessed lighting, located near the dry rot damage. They refused to admit that it was missed and said if

I had them service my home for ants 1 to 2 weeks ago. The technician asked where the ants were currently at, so I showed him. While I was showing him , I gave him the backstory of the ants starting in the master bedroom bathroom upstairs. Then after I sprayed for ants there, they left for a day or 2 and the showed up in the master bedroom closet. I bought some ant bait and placed in the bathroom and closet. The ants then went to the master bedroom and then the other room up stairs. So I sprayed

Been using them for years, then they come out with a "trainee" they do not clean all the cob webs, had to make another appt. for a re-service. paid the guys via check the 1st time, then get a call from accounting, that I need to send another check as the guys "lost the check" now I get a bill from them and am threatened to send it to "collections" and my bank wants to charge for stop payment, Please tell me how if this my fault? will be looking for someone else now.
