Western Exterminator

We were customers of Western Exterminator for 10+ years. We had a skunk on our property and we called them for removal. At the same time, they suggested that we "plug some holes" to prevent ingress of rodents and other creatures. They came onsite and dealt with the skunk after several attempts at trapping him. We've used this company for a while. They changed our technician and never put a new guy on. We went through almost 2 months of not getting treatments and then ended up getting an infestation of cockroaches. When we called to get an emergency service, it took them over 12 hours to respond. On top of that it had gotten so bad it took 4 rounds of treatment and four days (so far) of being closed with thousands of dollars of lost revenue. I was told I'd be put in contact with the district manager,

I had 2 services done at the same time. An inspection by Lamont went very well. Great guy, very knowledgeable and personable. No issues found. Next service was a treatment for ants. Ray is very pleasant, and again very knowledgeable about critters and how to get rid of them. We can always count on him to do a great service for us. I wasn’t aware our service included eliminating spider webs and as long as he’s been doing our service my abundant spider webs are disappearing. Thank you
