Extremely unprofessional and condescending experience. I called simply to schedule an appointment to have someone look at a termite issue that was noted in our home inspection report after we just closed on our home. Instead of receiving helpful information, I was run around in circles on the phone. Very bad experience. My suggestion is to use another company. The service was terrible, the price was high and the follow-up was nonexistent. They showed up at a tenant occupied property at 5:30am without any notice. Tenants thought it was a prowler. Police were called, came out and informed worker they can't access someone's property at that hour without consent. I live by the rule "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" so I try to not leave negative reviews - but after our two month experience with Corky's I just have to say something to hopefully save others from the same horrible experience we had.
