We have spoken with 6 other termite companies but when we got in touch with W. A. Stone, our minds were instantly made up. They are professional, honest, courteous and very, very price competitive. They not only offered the best service but literally had the best price. They were very thorough and more importantly listened to what I had to say and they replied with informative data as well as explained how termites work. These people care! They do great work and have a customer for life. The office is great and easy to work with and Mark is an awesome guy. Thank you W.A. Stone, great team.

I would not recommend this company. Their service did not live up to basic expectations of removing bugs from the property. When we contacted the office Lauren was extremely rude and condescending. Not very professional at all. If I could give a zero star I would.

I would give this company zero stars if I could, however Google doesn’t allow that. This company came into my home to spray for spiders. And upon them leaving small black bugs started popping up everywhere in my home. When I called to request them to return to resolve the issue, they wanted to charge me an extra fee. When I asked why, they stated "it was just a coincidence". They then proceeded to terminate my service and told me "we don't trust you for the complaint you made" So as a PSA for anyone reading this. This company will not only charge you extra to resolve an issue they created, but they will terminate your service and leave you high and dry when expressing your honest concerns.

Mark T. came out to our home to do a free termite inspection. He spent at least 1 hour doing a complete inspection including the attic and our very packed garage. He presented an estimate that day. We needed treatment in our garage. He also performed the treatment. He was incredibly thorough. Our garage walls have shelving packed with boxes. He removed everything to treat the walls. He went above and beyond and sealed some openings with mesh wire. He vacuumed everything and left the garage looking cleaner than when he arrived. Everything was put back. I would definitely use this company again.

The service and inspection were well done and the extermination service was accomplished without a major disruption to our life at a fair price. I will use this company again when needed.

They did a great job! They came out for the inspection and showed me the damage and the ways it could be treated! The treatment was fast and though! Everything was cleaned up and I could rest easy!

Mark came out and did a very thorough termite inspection. He covered many more areas than the other companies we had out and the estimate was in line with the other bids. The repair work was well done and the crew cleaned up afterwards and even left us some extra paint. We were thoroughly informed during the fumigation process and provided with all the necessary bags to protect our food. Great company to work with and very responsive to questions.

I have used W.A. Stone termite & Pest Control for years. They are always courteous, on time, professional, and top notch quality. I have never had a quick recurrence from termites. It is not until the next swarm season I see the pesky bugs. W.A. Stone always does an outstanding job.

Price was better than most for the same service. The serviceman showed up on time, was friendly. He did the service, cleaned everything up nicely and went on his way. I would recommend and would use again.
