I have been using this company regularly for my home's exterior pest control and general maintenance, and they have always done an amazing job. Recently, I happened to notice some drywood termite activity behind my TV wall/fireplace, so I reached out to them right away. Instead of pushing for an expensive, whole-house tenting treatment like many other companies do, their technician，Zack and his team members were extremely professional and honest. They conducted a thorough local injection treatment, drilling precisely and confirming the chemical saturated the termite galleries. They finished the job and provided a 1-year warranty for peace of mind. It’s rare to find a pest control company with this level of integrity and technical expertise. They saved me thousands of dollars and a ton of hassle. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Eddie and Enrique arrived on time and introduced themselves. We went over the work that was to be completed, with Eddie explaining what was to be done and answering all my questions. After completing the work Eddie showed me all they had done. The areas they worked on were done so well - they looked great. Eddie and Enrique are diligent in their work - true professionals. They left my home looking great. I highly recommend Eddie, Enrique, and CVPC.

Monthly service sucks. Technicians do the minimum and then ants and spiders etc, come right back after a week. When you call them, They are defensive and deflect and blame . But don’t help and do not honor their guarantee, never send out another tech to retreat. Changed pest control companies and voila no spiders, no ants and no ear wigs now, ever! It’s this company poor quality and lazy techs. Done being gas lit. Avoid this place.

Responsive, professional, and quality work at a reasonable price...what else can you ask for? After hearing evidence of rats in my attic, I had CVPC come out to check the attic, remove the dead rat/trap, and then later to take care of potential entry points. I could not be happier with the service I received and will definitely use CVPC for all future pest control needs.

Alex is extremely professional and courteous . He texted me 30 minutes before he arrived on time and did a very thorough job servicing our property . We have used this company for 2 years beginning with our termite inspection when we purchased the home and they have not disappointed .

I recently had our rental property treated. Alex (the on-site technician) set up traps and performed pest control maintenance. I'm impressed with my initial call to the company to set up the work. When the appointment came, I was notified by email and text, which I requested. On the day of the treatment, I was initially contacted by their technician (Alex), who kept me updated on the progress and work being performed. This is highly impressive in this day and age! I've signed up for their pest control maintenance program and look forward to their outstanding services to our property!

Eddie and his team were prompt, friendly and professional. When the work was completed Eddie walked me around the entire house to explain where repairs were made and why. Definitely recommend CVPC.

6 Stars if I could..... CVPC is the kind of company you want to work with. Fast, responsive, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. I have properties with short term renters so sometimes I can be a little unreasonable with when I need something done but they never disappoint. Martin and Melany on the phones dealing with impossible expectations are just a pleasure to work with. If you ever get the chance to work with Zach total professional and a great guy, hilarious and at the top of his game. Joe was out today and took care of our needs quickly and thoroughly. All I can say is they are the kind of company that looks for ways to work with you not the kind of company that looks for excuses. They treat you like they have known you for years and your problems are their problems. An incredible locally owned and managed company that treats you like family, wait probably better than family. Can't wait until I have another reason to call them out again.
