I have to say, Greg was very detailed going around our windows, siding, gutters, etc.. checking for anything. Put dust and granules down. He communicated that everything looks good and if I saw anything inside or outside, just call and he would come out. Next treatment in spring would be liquid. I feel I have an educated tech treating our home. Thanks Greg!

UPDATE 3/3/2026: Terminex has never reached out to me to make this right. Would never go to them ever again. The inspector was very lovely and answered all of my questions, but the actual process for treatment was abysmal. I had treatment scheduled for 1-3pm and the tech texts me that morning at 7:30 am that we need to reschedule to next Monday because he is sick. My tenants had already followed all the instructions on the prep sheet and boarded their animals in preparation for this treatment. I understand sickness does happen, but not being able to adjust and still send someone out is unacceptable.

Was supposed to get an inspection and estimate today....I called to give them a heads up of a squirrel being in my house and come time for them to show up they were a no call, no show now Im super upset and having to scramble to find someone else to help with my issue....had they at least showed or contacted me I would not be leaving this review. Instead I have to deal with a squirrel in my house for another night....

Twice I've been stood up on them coming. Both times they said they'd be out in the morning. Didn't even give a time range for what time in the morning they'd be out. So wasted my time waiting around on them to not even show up. Called customer service about it and they lie and say that I'm put down for another day. Even though I have voicemails telling me they'll be out on the days I waited. Really seems like a scam to me. Thank God they didn't get any of my card info.

Called for an appointment after trapping 10 mice in 48 hours after moving in to our newly bought house in the middle of farm fields in Muskego. Rep showed up unannounced a day before we requested (blamed a pending storm the next day). He also left his measuring tape at a previous customer’s house and had to leave to go buy a new one. Quoted $12.5k to shore up the perimeter of our house ($5,000), remove the drop ceiling in the basement and dispose of it ($7,000), and set traps outside ($500). Rep did not go beyond that in terms of scope. When asked, he said he had shareholders to answer to and wouldn’t disclose what they would be doing. I had mostly tuned him out at this point but the quote to remove the drop ceiling and dispose of it was the last straw. My dad, uncle, and I removed the basement drop ceiling and disposed of in 5 man hours and the cost of a dumpster and some contractor garbage bags. Savings? $6,000+. I called Advanced Wildlife and they told me what they would do to shore up the outside and laid traps for $200. They told me up front an additional follow up visit 6-8 weeks later would be for the same amount. Savings? $5,100. We haven’t had but one mouse since the initial burst and it was in the garage … just haven’t gotten to replacing the old weatherstripping on the garage door due to the cold.

A 5 hour window for technician to show up with the last 4 scheduled no shows. I complained after the third but no response, just another no show. I had Scott for 11 years. He always contacted me to let me know he'd be there. And never a no show. Then the consolidation happened and they took me off his schedule. 4 straight no shows after waiting for 5 hours is outrageous. Next stop BBB.

Called and made an appointment more than a week later on the scheduled day of the appointment, guy called and was so rude telling me that he’s not coming to my address cause it’s too far out of his way cause he lives in Racine!! I said but I made the appointment and told them where I was located and he went on to rudely say call centers don’t know anything!! Then proceeded to ask if we tried to take care of the problem ourselves, I said we’ll kind of, then went on telling me that we’ll then it’s going to cost me $6000. Now keep in mind he hasn’t seen the size of my house or the extend of my issue. NEVER AGAIN would I call them, actually anyone who asks I will steer them clear of Terminx….. very rude and so unhelpful. Thankfully I found a very nice and family owned company that was able to help!!

Their website says they handle skunks so I called about getting a skunk removed from my property. I made it very clear I had a skunk issue. Two weeks later (the day of the appointment) the contractor calls asking for clarification about my mouse issue. I said I don't have a mouse issue I have a skunk issue. He says they don't deal with skunks and doesn't have a trapper for them. I delayed my vacation by a day so I could meet them at my property. I tried calling Terminix directly since I know some of these jobs are done by a third party contractor. I call and the recording asks me to put in my phone number (I do) and then asks me to put in my zip code (I do) and then the line gets disconnected. I tried calling the branch directly, same thing. I will not be calling them in the future.

Feel like I was scammed by this company. 1. Everything I was “sold” during the inspection and signing contract didn’t seem to be true. I was told there was a spray for indoors to kill mice, nothing about sticky traps, was told someone would come inside for treatments too. No spray for indoors, sticky traps were placed and fell into my belongings, and no one came indoors. 2. Had another mouse recently, had someone else come and they found an obvious spot that has been there for a significant amount of time and was not filled. Also, another spot where it wasn’t completely fixed by this company. 3. I have a negative balance, is this company going to send me my overpayments now that I’ve cancelled with them? 4. On the day of treatment the employee dropped her phone in my wall so of course I don’t have the physical record of where they found issues. I feel that I was so worried about having mice in my house and was stressed about an upcoming wedding that I didn’t pay as close of attention as I should have to everything. Do your research and make sure you know what you are getting before you sign and spend a ridiculous amount of money.

I was pleased with my first service visit by Terminix. They were professional and courteous, even making sure to wear shoe covers in our home. They communicated well before and after the service. Edited to update after 9 months - I could not be more unhappy with Terminix customer service. They are misleading and deceptive. They explained that I had to give at least 30 days notice to cancel my service before the next service date. Despite canceling with a Terminix customer service agent online over 30 days prior to my quarterly service and being told that my service was canceled, I was later met with resistance from the local Terminix team and was told I would be charged for a year of service despite canceling over 30 days prior. This has still not been resolved, but I will not be using Terminix in the future or recommending their services.

I don't like that pricing continues to rise without notification. In addition, I've recently run into at least 4 issues with scheduling follow-up service, including no call back from local office as promised and appointments being scheduled without my knowledge for these follow-ups. I work in customer service and am extremely disappointed with the lack of those skills when contacting the national customer service line. 5/15/2024 ADDITION I would never recommend Terminex. Issue on top of issue. I did my due diligence in calling ahead of time to cancel my service due to a move, being assured by the phone representative that there would be no additional costs to me. The next day, I'm charged almost $200. I then called and told me I'd be refunded. It is a week after the initial call, and still no return. I called and am now told the refund was denied due to a policy for not giving 30 days. Mind you, I initially called within ample time to not be charged. With today's high cost of living, Terminex, please tell me how I am now to feed my two children?

Liars and Thieves, the management of this facility is an absolute disgrace. They scheduled a tech that was on Bereavement to service my house for a follow up because their treatment wasn't working, and never notified he or I. They never rescheduled my service. Then they scheduled me to pay for an extra service. I decided to cancel, even took my payment card off file. Mind you I had 2 services not rendered. They charged me anyways under the table to my credit card that I am now disputing. What a horrible and scummy way to treat a customer. I've called multiple times, and have been assured I wouldn't be charged, and my account was cancelled, and they boned me anyways. Find someone else. The manager doesn't even have the courtesy to reach out, after telling the technician and customer service they would contact me. Absolute joke. Go with someone else who won't steal your money.
