I specifically told them that I only wanted to get billed for services that I needed. They instead kept billing me $240 twice. I never agreed to be auto billed for any services. They said they’d refund the money within 72 business hours. No refund occurred. I called them again and they said no one even started the refund process yet. I am going to my bank to reverse this charge that I never authorized. I never signed up for any autopay. Such a waste.

Someone signed me up for an appt without telling me, locked me out of the customer portal, signed me up for auto pay without telling me. I complained to management and no one returned my calls

Ian did a great job explaining the process of treatment and taking care of doing the treatment in a timely fashion. He was great on the follow up treatment as well. He also found a mold problem in the basement and offered to set up a free consultation on that issue.

Ian is the best, never have had an issue , always on time , and very polite and helpful.

We had a huge problem with a large aggressive Wasp Hive with at least several hundred wasps. We upset the hive so they became extremely aggressive. We thought we could just spray cans of wasp killer but that only caused me and my wife to be attacked and stung dozens of times! We heard about Batzner from neighbors. Batzner was able to send Eric the next day and he came out and went way above and beyond our expectations. He first explained exactly what he had planned and put the “B Suit” on and took apart the hive and got rid of the entire nest and huge mess it caused on our deck. He then sprayed extensively around the hive and in all the nooks and crannies of our deck and even took care of a small nest in one of our gables. Afterwards he explained everything he did in detail and gave us instructions for the next several days and committed to coming back when and if needed. The weather was extremely hot and humid and it had to be very uncomfortable but Eric was professional, polite and courteous. Eric and Batzner put an end to what was a very traumatic and dangerous experience for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them and give them a 5 star rating across the board. Even the price was very reasonable!

It was an awesome experience. He explained things to me. He took the time to make me understand what it was going to do. And he done a good job.

I was very pleased with today’s appointment for cat flea treatment from Batzner, and am looking forward to the follow-up in 10 days. The technician, Haley, was very professional. She updated me on her arrival time and, upon arrival, inspected my house asking good questions about which areas my cat frequented. She gave me details on how she would do the treatment and what to continue to do afterward, and texted me when she was done. I would recommend Batzner to anyone in need of pest control.

Ian was very informative and helpful. He took care of all of my concerns and pointed out some areas that we need to fix. The pool pump started leaking when he was working and let me know so I could turn it off! I really appreciate him noticing and letting me know before I had too much standing water. Great service!

Haley was exactly what we needed. She calmed the anxiety from the double whammy of yellow jacket and wasp assault from the moment she arrived. She answered every question without making me feel like a "pest" (pun intended) and assured me that they will be back as needed to make sure things will be taken care of, which took away the anxiety that I was being abandoned to the ravages of the multi fronted stinging attack.

Jason is the best. He takes the time to hear our concerns about potential problem areas and checks thoroughly and keeps us informed.

Erick is always great to deal with and listens to any concerns I may have.

Tech was timely, efficient, and pleasant. Did a good job.

Bob calls ahead more than once to confirm the appointment, answers my questions, and works quickly.

Jason has been our technician for many years and is great! He takes care of our issues, delivers great customer service, informs us of services that Batzner offers and always very nice and personable. Explains what he’s going to do and where . We trust his knowledge and expertise.

The technician Jason does thorough inspections and explains what he is doing (setting traps, etc.) at each visit. When I've had issues the service is prompt and professional. I feel at ease knowing Jason will assist if there are problems. Excellent service, excellent technician, great company!

Had a good experience. Was able to get someone out next day for a big wasp nest. Haley was fantastic, communicated well and had good follow up.

Isaiah did a great job, I'm really thankful he was able to get the hornet nest in our garage taken care of. Made sure we avoided that area for three days. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Made an appointment to remove a large bees nest. Got a quick appointment with Haley. Unfortunately the appointment time came during a bad storm, complete with tornado warning. Haley rescheduled the appointment for 2 days later. She showed up exactly when she said. And took care of the issue completely. Very happy with the level of service.
