Service was for wasp nest removal. What I got was a guy with a long hit stick who left a pile of wasp nest on the ground for my kids and dogs. Yea it was sprayed to kill the wasps but not sure how safe that is for my dog to try and eat or kids to step on. Glad I was home to finish the clean up. Guess removal just means knock down. I didn't know better after I bought my 1st house about door to door salesmen. I was told it was $199 for 6 months, what the deceptive salesman didn't tell me was that it was $199 per treatment. Stay away! We have canceled Aptive multiple times. They decide to continue showing up and billing $120 each visit to the previously saved card on file. Even after being forced to cancel the card, they continue to show up and rack up a bill. We have since locked access to exterior gates, but they will wipe off the front door, leave and bill the $120.
