Update: They did not come out to make it right. Nor did I receive call back from Josh. Do not stand behind their treatments. I have paid quarterly services for the past year, over $500, I have never asked for additional treatment beyond the exterior spray. Today I called for a treatment on attached garage windows that have an unusual fly collection, I was told in order to come spray these windows I’d have to pay an additional $150. We noticed a smell coming from our vents in our family room and we were concerned that a critter had gotten in and died. Not knowing if this was in fact the source of the smell, and if so how they were getting in (or how many), I called for an estimate to have them come take a look. Tyler was great on the phone and the technicians were prompt and very friendly. They didn’t see any apparent signs of mice, but we did the set-up. However, they didn’t bring all the tools they needed to do the job (

Close to a Holiday weekend so had to wait several days before anyone came out. The price for the one visit was as much as the 6 months pest control contract we had with a different company in the recent past. Hence, the four star rating. When the service person came, he did an excellent job of spraying the nest without hitting the plants in the vegetable garden.
