Tried to call and get a quote. Only got to speak with an AI sales assistant, who hung up on us after giving it information. We were then contacted by an AI SMS chat bot. Do not work with a company who outsources customer service to AI. That's a sign of disrespect to the customer from a company that will do anything to save a buck. UPDATE: we are still with 1st American Pest Control three years later. They are just as good today as when we had our first treatment. Sam continues to be thorough and adjust each visit to focus on problem issues - and when replacing some mouse traps she kept in mind that we have a young puppy and placed them carefully in the path of mice but out of the path of our young and inquisitive pup - also she very thoroughly investigated spider and wasp issues - I really can’t say enough positive things

I've been using this company at my home and office for at least the last 8 years and have had nothing but Professional Service with always outstanding results. I've even had the same technician this entire time who knows our home knows what to do and gets it done always with the same price. Never any up charge never any issues whatsoever. My technician Micah Ayres did a great job with my pest control application. I have two comments that pertain to Fenix Pest Control as a whole, not just to Micah. 1. We are provided with a two hour window in which we can expect the technicians to arrive. However, I have found this is rarely accurate. The Asian beetles and farm flies have taken over my house!!!!! My wife and I were lost with no direction. So much so we needed help.
