Patrick came out to do our service and he is so fabulous, thorough, professional and very friendly. As far as your scheduling goes, they’re terrible. After using a great Orkin branch when I lived in Illinois, I chose this New Berlin branch to serve our house after a move to Wisconsin. These guys should change their name to OrKant. Kant do much right, Kant show up on time, Kant communicate updates, Kant show up on time, Kant spray for mosquitos. PBS Wisconsin published a 2023 article titled “Where did all the mosquitos go?”. Service is never consistent , service provider doesn’t follow notes in the system and does not do 24-48 hr courtesy reminder call like they are supposed to so appointments get missed. Since my appointments are on Saturday’s they are supposed to call and verify what Saturday and what time they are coming since they have to verify if they will have a tech a available before they schedule per their district manager and customer care office.
