SavATree - Tree Service & Lawn Care

A representative of this company took it upon themselves to walk up my driveway and shout into the garage for my attention. I had just gotten into the car with my back turned, but car door still open when this individual began a sales pitch. I was very obviously on my way out of the house and not at all interested in a stranger’s random solicitation. I found this approach very off putting and a violation of community standards.

They know how to give a stressed tree a chance. Friendly hard working crew and lead arborist.

Excellent job as usual. Friendly, professional service, never pressure or oversell. Tree spraying always done by giving us time to move our cars and close windows as needed.

Technician rang bell and explained the service. Afterwards he gave us a report on how the tree was doing. He was very friendly.

Excellent Service: The team of 3 pruned 3 large trees and removed branches . Also removed low limbs that were hanging low at 5 feet on driveway side as well as over the lot line by neighbors. They were very careful to insure the tree kept it intended shape. Great cleanup of all the branches. You could tell they had experience handling the trees. Thanks Sharon

Jennie has been the tech applying protective sprays to my trees snd shrubs for at least the last couple years. I've watched her work; she is thorough and considerate making sure sensitive plants aren't disturbed.

The billing is a nightmare because you have to work through the portal. I accidently hit a pre pay button for my tree trimming and ended with having a prepaid service for next year end up coming out of my savings account. It may have been my mistake but solving it was not easy. I now am waiting for a refund with no expectation that it will happen soon. It's confusing. Will get back to review the tree trimming. Customer service was nice but did not seem like she had much knowledge of the system. follow up... I did get the refund for the service I did not want.The tree trim was sheduled for winter so the machinery would not kill the grass. Both visits after paying half down were a surprise. A call the first time said they would probably coming soon. They did show up that week but no call specificaly stating the exact day and it was one of those 20 degrees below zero days. Pneumatics didn't work because of the cold. Not a problem, they said they would come back, they did with out a call again. The crew was very good at their job did exactly what we agreed. We had a large branch that was not calculated in the estimate and I was asked if I wanted it taken off. I sald yes but was not told that it would be another $500. In fact, I asked why would'nt I want it cut and the crew chief said some people do not want that much cut off. No mention of an additional charge. They cleaned up really well considering there was snow on the ground, but I was told they would be back in spring to finish getting the braches and twigs they missed. I was still waiting for them to come and finish but gave up April 16 because I had to put down pre emergant weed killer. I would give them a score of 5 stars for the expert work they did. I will keep the 3 stars up for their communication skills.
