Worst company have ever worked with They never showed up when supposed to and the. Would randomly show up and spray chemicals all over our furniture even though said would not and when canceled service keep coming and tried to bill me for it. Avoid at all costs

Showed up without pre calling to make sure we are home. Not home and couldn’t finish service inside and backyard but charged us full amount. This happened before and we were supposed to be off this type of billing. You can send me a reminder for the day but I’m not sitting around all day waiting for Pest to show up. Had staff try to tell us they couldn’t give a refund…until we got ahold of someone with common sense and refunded our money last time. I’ll be cancelling Pointe Pest control since they can never notify us of the hour of service. They sent text but I check my texts twice a day! How about we go back to the old days and actually call and speak to the homeowner.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other homeowners know what to expect. I hired Pointe Pest Control to address a rodent issue at my home in Richland. While the technician was here, he attempted to move my refrigerator and accidentally caused a deep gouge in my recently remodeled flooring. He acknowledged the damage right away, apologized, and took multiple photos to send to management. At that point, I appreciated the honesty and assumed we would work through the standard repair/insurance process. Unfortunately, everything after that point has been extremely disappointing. The service manager initially told me they would refund my service and “take care of the floor costs” once I provided estimates. I obtained three quotes from licensed flooring companies, all of which independently confirmed that the damaged boards cannot be spot-repaired or individually replaced. The only professional fix is a full floor replacement. After sending the quotes, Pointe Pest suddenly changed their position. I was told they would only repair the damage if the cost was below their deductible (a condition that was never mentioned before). They also claimed they didn’t have the photos their own technician took. They then contacted one of my flooring contractors directly, questioning their professional recommendation and implying they were only suggesting replacement “because they work in sales.” The flooring expert called me multiple times letting me know Pointe Pest wanted her to apply a topical product that she believed would fix the damage. It did not fix anything — in fact, it made the scratch darker and more noticeable. Even the person who applied the product admitted onsite that it was not a real repair. At this point, I’ve been met with inconsistent information, backtracking, and no meaningful path to resolution. All I have asked for is for the company to take responsibility for the damage their employee caused and repair the floor properly. I’m posting this review not out of anger, but because this has been a genuinely frustrating experience and something I wish I had known before hiring them. I hope they choose to resolve this properly, but until then, I would recommend other customers proceed with caution and be aware of what may happen if property damage occurs during a service visit.

after initial service could not get anyone to help with spider and wasp control after repeated messages to their mail box. Also called five different phone numbers they have listed and they all go to the same answering service --- dead end. Am cancelling service and going with someone local who will respond.

They used to do a good job but lately it seems like they don’t spray down our whole building and they do not remove all the cobwebs. After they leave we notice there are still cobwebs around the windows and above the doorways

I had an awful experience with Dawson! He didn’t even attempt to do my backyard in which they have two of their black boxes in!!! He was there for a few minutes and could not have possibly attempted let alone done all the things he said he had completed!! So disappointed in him and this company! They usually provide much better service with my other technician!!

Where do I begin as these people are despicable! I tried to hire them for one application at $119.95 8 months ago and they showed up at my door wanting me to sign a contract for 6 applications! I turned them around. I tried one more time for one application, as I am moving, told them this, and they agreed to spray inside and out for $119.95. Woman shows up again wanting me to sign a contract for multiple sprays. I told her it was agreed only one spray. She goes out to her truck and talks to her supervisor for 20 minutes and comes back and says she can do one spray inside and out for the $119.95. Apparently she did a lousy job as the ants are back! Today I go on my credit card site and they had charged my card for $183.70. Who needs to deal with thieves like this? I am putting the charge in dispute, posting reviews on Yelp and Google and contacting the Attorney General Bob Ferguson. I recommend never doing business with these people. Despicable conduct! Jacob wrote a B.S. reply. It should not take over a week to get my money back for the $63 overpayment price gouging and the ants are still here, like they enjoyed their "treatment." My advice is go to Home Depot and buy some Spectracide indoor/outdoor and spray yourself. It's not worth dealing with this type of scum company! Despicable!

Usually we have great experiences with Point Pest Control, they are very quick to come out when we need them so this is more then likely a one off. When the two employees were done they left our gate open and our two dogs got out. I spent the better half of an hour trying to find them.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! If you try to contact these guys you will likely get the answering service, NOT POINTE! I called to cancel my service with them, got the answering service, who noted that I only wanted to cancel my current appointment. Pointe took it upon themselves to reschedule without my input. Twice now, they have sprayed my yard with my dogs there, who have a doggie door so they can come and go in the back yard at will. Now I am on the hook for paying for a service that I didn't want. I asked to talk to a manager...the "team lead" called me back and said the manager is not available. Bottom line is they don't care what I want, or when I want it. If they schedule your house to be done (with or without you asking to be scheduled) you are paying for it...."we went to the house and sprayed, we don't care if you actually wanted it". They said "well, we sent you a notice that you were on our schedule". Too bad I didn't pay attention to their messages (had no intention of doing business with them anymore), but I never would have thought that they would schedule me without my go-ahead???? NO PERSONAL TOUCH (ANSWERING SERVICE SAYS IT ALL).
