We were overrun with a serious infestation of mice, rats, and wasps last year. I was so fed up and disgusted with the conditions of the new home we moved into and thankfully Duo and Keagan were able to get rid of them ASAP!

He did a spider web cleaning of the whole house. Based on what I could see the job was thorough and quick. I would use him for future work.

Keagan came by and did a free home inspection for rodent ingress. We had no problems with any of that, so he made no recommendations (even though I know of some companies out there who would recommend things that you don't need). I appreciated his honesty, and his attitude. If I need any services in the future I know who I will reach out to. Thanks again.

The technicians did their job and performed the service as scheduled. I was unsatisfied that I had to pay for the quarter to cancel ($180 + tax), but I should have paid more attention to the service schedule.

Not a fan. Very pricey and they lock you into a year contract. I didn’t see any difference between them and any others we’ve tried. Every one else is 1/4 the price and doesn’t put you into a year-long contract. Go with Point Pest control….

Please read the agreement fully before signing. Payments are monthly but service is quarterly. I was paying over $200 per service total and when I tried to cancel after my year contract was over I was told I had to pay the full remaining months in that quarter in order to cancel. Service was good at the beginning but towards the end, communication was difficult and I noticed the workers coming out were in and out very quickly and I still had insect and rodent problems in areas. It took almost a month for someone to respond after I tried calling, texting and e mailing to cancel service. The guys are nice when they come out and talk to you, they have good customer service skills, but unfortunately I felt taken advantage of when I tried to part with them. They do a fine job but I expected better for that price.

Had a problem with ants in the kitchen. They are now gone. Very responsive
