I cannot recommend this company due to very poor communication and reliability. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone by phone, and when i tried text messages, messages were rarely returned. To make matters worse, they canceled a scheduled service at the last minute and then showed up at my home on a different day without notifying me. WOULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR IF POSSIBLE SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! NEVER FULFILLED OUR CONTRACT (they visited our house 3 times). TECHNICIANS DID NOT SHOW ANY REGARD FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY OR THE SAFETY OF OUR HOME. WON THE DISPUTE WITH OUR BANK AND THEY ARE STILL HARASSING US TO RECEIVE PAYMENT.
